Z - Royal Oak - Service Station

Can someone please inform me as to which company supplies Z's Pies and sausage rolls please because I swear the are possibly the best I've ever tried. Way way way better than BP's that's for certain. The normal beef sausage roll they serve is the best I've ever had for sure though. Michelin starred pie warmer here.

Great service station with a heap of food and drink options. I’ve been loving using the Z Energy app and was able to lock in 1000L at a great price before the government tax was reintroduced. In other words, I’ll be a Z Energy customer for the foreseeable future. It’s chess not checkers…

The staff here are amazing. Every time i come in they are happy, bubbly, upbeat and so helpful. Plus they make a mean coffee! Always happy to help, exceptional customer service. Thank you ladies keep doing what you do!

Shout out to one of the lovely staff, Keri who came to rescue when my car was about to overheat! She was super helpful and reliable when I asked for help as she quickly responded to check my car, without a second thought of leaving the coffee counter. This happened early in the morning when it was peak hours for coffee. She also advised me with tips on what to do next time.

Pretty terrible service to be honest. First didnt have change so gave me back my change 10c short. Then i get home to eat the crunchie i had purchased and take a bite and its disgusting. I check and its expired. Useless.

Oh, Z. Z, Z, Z. The best coffees and pies came from thee. Bueno! We can almost hear Septa Unella’s bell tolling.

Worst experience at a petrol station. My coffee coupon got redeemed and saying the system is not accepting it but in the meanwhile my coupon got used from my app. And all of a sudden saying, ”I have never seen you here, I am not racist but this coupon is not valid. ” What’s that to do with racist? A group of racist indixn smelly curry bitzhes.

I dont see why I can't stack today just because prices are going up tomorrow.ridiculous and rude to your loyal local customers.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. My nephews pram had a flat tyre and all the staff members helped us pump it whilst making us the best coffee. We come here most morning. Highly recommend their amazing service

Always friendly and with pay at pump it is great if you don't want to go in the store under covid restrictions.

The night shift guy is awesome, very friendly and helpful and goes the extra mile!

I went for Petrol
Then went to pay and my debit card wouldn't work.
Very embarrassing. There was another lady whose card wouldn't work.
I left all my details to go to the bank and get cash and out why my card wouldn't work.
Kiwi bank were having problems.
The service station were very trusting.

Shout out to the dude working the evening shift today (21/10/21) great sense of humour and it was super positive to be able to leave with a smile.

Went there a couple of days ago used there air pump to top up my tires pump worked good, some places just don't look after them.

WARNING to everyone who uses Z car washes. I took one of my vehicles thru their car wash (like I have done many times before) and it snapped off my rear reversing mirror. I instantly put a claim thru Royal Oak station, head office declined my claim as they do not cover "extended mirrors "! I also stated to te attendant at te time their machine was making strange noises. I will NEVER step foot back in a Z Station again, they have lost thousands from me over a few hundred dollars. You have been pre warned people, pls take note!

There's plenty of pumps and a good range of food, this place is always kinda busy as there's not a lot of options for fuel in the immediate vicinity.

6am 02/06/2021. It was the most awesome experience when I stopped in and got my 1 litre of milk. Such wonderful staff. You lady and gent were amazing. Totally loved everything you do!

Friendly and helpful but very expensive products when comparing with opposition petrol suppliers, pays to shop around and know your prices, I guess it's the location and the lease costs

The staff are what sets this Z apart from others. Some of the best people around and so helpful and cheerful. Makes a routine stop a pleasant memory.
