Lady that was serving me was a rude & lazy lady that was too bloody lazy to get what i needed when i went in! I went in to buy smokes, told her exactly what i wanted but said that someone had stocked cigarettes in wrong slot and she wont be able to get what i needed but pressured me to buy what i didnt want! You could easily get the smokes i didnt want but too lazy to look for what i wanted! If u cant do your job, find one you can do! LAZY WOMAN!
The best z I've been to, staff are always happy and very helpful, even will pump your petrol for you if you are feeling lazy
I went in to z royal oak this morning at 715 the service has got so bad in this station the staff are so rude got gas and hot choc that was cold the staff member didnot want to work we could see that was rude I always go here but over time staff have been move on i need to only go in the week days Kerri is so good at her job always happy and give her customers the best service bring back tai she was a great worker z you need kerri and tai back on the floor the service is great with these lady maybe time to find new gas station x
The absolute best staff work here! Enjoy my experience every time I go in. Definitely became one of my favourite places to grab a coffee because of the staff there.

I love Z - Royal Oak. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and make the best coffee even at 2 in the morning. It's become s bit of a habit to call in there.

Fresh new interior layout looks good. Does not sell 98RON fuel so I seldom visit. Friendly staff
Went to wash car but soap wasn't working so got refunded, went next day instead payed and went through but soap still didnt work and worker didnt mention this.
Get 6 cents per litre off using fly buys card

Z Sunnybrae rd is the most expensive at the moment for petrol etc and lately they have had problems with their coffee machine. Last week I ordered a cup of coffee at 01.00am and was informed that the machine would take about 1hour for the cleaning process.
I said that, that was unacceptable as when I have ordered a cup of coffee at 2100hrs on other days, those staff members had given me the exact same excuse. Inconvenience to the public seems to be rife in this service station or gas station without the service.
