We started off initially with hedge replanting, artificial turf, deck and louvre which rescoped to a full outdoor redesign project. When told Zones we wanted a "no maintenance" outdoor area. Thelma listened to our needs and helped us develop an outdoor area that meets our requireements.
Thelma kept us informed throughout the project and was very accommodating with out last minute variations. We are extremely happy with the end result and glad we can enjoy the outdoor space.

Very unprofessional, Boyd visited my place and then never quoted for work, despite multiple reminders, didnt even respond to calls or emails if they were busy! - just a waste of time relying on these guys.

Had Kyle and his team from Zones do a small deck and step and lay grass. We were in a hurry and they provided a quick, professional service. Very happy with them, kept us informed of when things were happening and stuck to this. We love the new area, thanks!

I spend 1000 NZD being told that i probably should just get a 500 NZD contractor in to fix up my post.it's.just.

Their marketing techniques are not legal.they added me to their database for automated email messages trying to sell me a franchise WITHOUT my consent and the unsubscribe function does not work. In fact it requires me to OPT IN.
This crowd needs to understand that this is illegal marketing and has been for years. If they are in contempt of the law with basic issues like this you have to wonder about their other business practices.
I would hope that their franchise sales process isnt representative of the overall company.

Absolutely stoked with my landscaping! Converted the front area from a yard of waist-high weeds to this lovely native sanctuary with clever use of the space for 2 macrocarpa planter boxes for veges. The veges are flourishing and one of the manukas is flowering already - honey in no time! The garden off the deck has olives and lavender, then 'cocktail alley' down the other side with a lime, lemon and feijoa! First lime yesterday so the garden is already paying for itself!
Kate, Vaughan, Isaac and the rest of the team were all great to deal with and did a fantastic job. The garden will get better and better as the plants mature and bloom in Spring. Thank you!

This company is not capable of growing grass. There north west franchise has been back to my home 3 times and have only managed to cultivate weeds. They have dumped 2 additional loads of low grade soil in my yard, and when asked to come and take it away so I can fix it myself they have even refused to do that! Do not have anything to do with this crowd.

Jason Clarke recently project managed a landscaping project for us. It included a lot of ground prep, tree cutting and removal of all sorts of old plants. The new concrete area is huge and we have some lovely large gardens. (oh and lets not forget the two new pergolas)
Anisa and Jason are an awesome couple.
They did all the preparation for the lawn and the planting, along with planting our awesome new garden. Jason had some crews through to do some of the other work for us. There were a few issues through this experience (with the crews) but Jason and Anisa worked through these with us in a professional manner and also ensuring our relationship stayed strong.
My husband and I are absolutely stoked with the final product and are grateful to Zones Whangarei for all the hard yards put into this.
They are still in contact with us to ensure everything is "Growing" as planned, and will pop in again in a few months to do a check up.
Jason's communication during this project was great, always ensuring I knew what was going on - which made it a lot easier when I was away for work.
