Had waited so long to try some authentic Italian food.

It is a little bit expensive but the food is worth the cost. Do not be put off by the interior decorating. Their servings are generously sized and the food is delicious.

They have awesome gluten free, dairy free and keto options. Vegetarians might have to try elsewhere though.

If you are doing the Keto diet, then you owe it to yourself to come here and see how it is done! Brilliant food and lovely service.

I highly recommend this place, amazing service and amazing food. Your missing out if you don't go.

The pasta dishes were outstanding. The salad and garlic bread were good but not great. Server was new and didn't know much about the menu, and didn't offer to ask or get more info. But for the pasta alone, we will be back!

A bit expensive, but totally justifies the price tag. The shakes were so mmmmm! The Irish coffee was really delicious as well

Great Keto menu and possibly the biggest freak shakes I have ever seen. Large seating area and very friendly and helpful staff. Lastly the cheesecakes which are at first glance a little pricey but portion and quality justify the reasonable considering value price tag.

Amazing food, and the friendliest people! We came in right at the end of lunch time and the kitchen was actually already turning down, but opened up for us especially. We very much appreciated the lovey service.and did I mention the amazing food!

Spaghetti and meatballs is soooo tasty! Definitely recommend that you try it, or if you're vegan/ veg you can get spaghetti with just the red sauce.

Extensive keto menu. Excellent food even for the non-ketoers, and the vegetarian. Noticed they gluten free options too. The lovely young lady who served us throughout the evening is a gem. Thank you.

We came here for desserts after a disappointing meal at another restaurant. The desserts were amazing and just perfect for a 16th birthday. Some of us had some incredible dessert shakes while others tried some of the keto options. All were good and suitably festive. Salvaged the evening nicely.

Beautiful atmosphere. Food and service is outstanding. Great keto and non keto food available so it's an ideal venue for groups with mixed dietary needs

Amazing restaurant with a beautiful selection of food options, delicious Italian food or divine desserts, try the Ferrero Rocher Cake. They also do an Amazing Keto menu, yes you heard right Jo A.k. A KetoGuruNz their fantastic Executive Head Chef Extraordinaire has concocted the yummiest ever changing keto menu for the Ketogenic Dieters. Keto Fried Chicken, Pizza and burgers, as well as the yummiest cakes and treats. Did I mention Keto Donuts that's right low Carb naughty/healthy cakes!

Great to have a keto menu although we didn't order from it. Standard menu seems fairly expensive but portion sizes are huuuge! Enough to have fed me for 3 nights! Got to try the italian hot chocolate and a slice of cake from the cabinet.

Food was incredible, however slightly pricy for Rotorua as the price didn’t match the ambience you would expect. Wasn’t as warm and inviting as we thought however their sweet treats made up for it.

Loved the food and the service was excellent, very impressed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

FANTASTIC Restaurant Excellent Service good value for money can't rate this Restaurant highly enough. One of the best dining experiences Rotorua has to offer.

Wonderful meal and service at Ciccio Italian restaurant on Saturday evening. We'll done. Next time we are in rotorua we will certainly come again.

Food and milkshakes looks good. Customer service was awesome and the staff are friendly. But don’t go with high expectations on milkshakes, you will be disappointed
