Ciccio Italian Cafe

Having a keto menu is great, would love to see more selection for lunch, maybe a pizza or keto pasta?

I've been a Rotorua local for years and finally went to Cicco today for lunch. Great menu, fantastic service, food was brilliant. Downside - ambiance a little lacking and it was freezing but we will be back!

Stylish Decor and decadent desserts. I haven't eaten a main course there, but plenty have and seem to enjoy it. I recommend a visit.

Some friends recommended this restaurant so we went there Saturday 10th March. Not much to look at on the outside. Once we were given a table and seated we could not hear the music as the speaker above our table didn't work. When we told the wait staff about this they said it " It hasn't gone in a long time
'. The wait staff were great and very courteous and the pasta was great but the meatballs were made from sausage meat and were absolute cheap budget crap. I could have got a better meatball from Mc Donalds at a fraction of the price. This restaurant is catering for an Asian market who wouldn't know what real meat was. Ciccio we will never be back, would rather go to KFC

I would have given them a 5 but there was music playing in the restaurant and when I asked if the speaker above our heads didn't work, I was told it has never worked it while time the waiter had been working there.
So a question to the management; why have a speaker that does not work.get it fixed or take it down.

Came here as a group of 8 on a Friday night, and had great service throughout. The servers got to our table quickly and were helpful accommodating the need for a gluten free meal, even double checking with the kitchen to confirm. Serving sizes are very generous! Finished with one of their freak shakes for a perfect end. They also had a great selection of cakes in the cabinets.

Service was very poor. Staff walking back and forth past us, had to get up and order my own food after 15 mins. Two other parties (of 2 and 4) also left in the time we were there (total 25 mins) as they weren't being served either. Food was below average.

One of my favourite restaurants in Rotorua. On the most recent visit we had family from out oif town and they managed to accommodate 10 adults and 2 kids at short notice and did a great job.

Food is bloody delicious but at 7: 30pm I asked for a mussels starter to be told they had run out of mussels. They were a big part of my culinary want for the night. Very disappointed.

Really good food. Bad service had up wait 15 minutes before we were allowed in as they were still setting up. We were there right on opening time to. Really pretty caffe though. Amazing bakery.

The waitstaff were really good, the food was delicious but the manager was HORRID! She is a bully and bullies her staff infront of customers! Disgusting behavior!
