This was our go to cafe when in the Mount, lush food, blts on the most yummy bread, the cakes were to die for and the ladies were really friendly and chatty. Weve come back to the UK now and hope its there if we ever return

Just wanted to shout out to Vikki and team at George. So accommodating and consistent. Especiall the coffee. When I have had a dietary requirement they were really happy to assist (I only ask in quiet times as they get real busy)

My all time favourite vegan cafe right near the beach in Mt Maunganui. Definitely recommend if you are after the best coffee and vegan treats. The cinnamon buns are a must, garlic spinach and cheese scones are delicious and WOW I have never ever had a ginger slice like the scrumptious ones they make at this cafe.

Very concerning that this shop is deceiving about its menu and ingredients. I ordered food that usually does not have specific ingredients that I am allergic to. I even asked for the specific ingredients so there would be no confusion. However those ingredients were used. I had a horrible week thereafter. Not helping their cause at all.

Love this spot! Great, easy to reach location near Omanu beach, the staff here are all super friendly, and the coffee ALWAYS delivers. I’m yet to dive into the food menu but I’ve heard it’s equally good. Keep up the good work team!

One of the better places I’ve had a chia pudding from. The coffee is great too. Was told I could bring my dog inside which felt a bit weird, apart from that, friendly as staff.

Best açaí bowl I have had out of Brazil and since it was my brunch I had a chia pudding and damn was it good…… My partner and mother in law said it was the best coffee they have had the whole trip and the bagel was pretty damn good as well.

Have been coming here for a few years but the service today was abysmal. Incorrect coffee order on two counts and the sign at the counter about not wanting to discuss masks or covid was completely unnecessary. Disappointed!

Bird poo on table asked for a cloth to clean it got told we will do it a half wipe still a pile in one corner not good enough

This is a local cafe for me and I have visited for years. However, no vaccine passport scanning and all staff with their masks round their chins and not on their face means that I will not be returning.
Please keep your staff and your patrons safe.

Visited this place for breakfast with family over the weekend just been and what a disappointment! Simple breakfast meals took over an hour to be served, The food was cold. Nearly an hour and half to be be served cold coffee. Customer service is not a priority and the food is very average. Very disappointed and will never visit again.

The only vegan cafe that you can actually eat at! Thank you for accepting passports and keeping us safe! I had the waffles last week, absolutely to die for! Can't wait to come back!

Yummy food and coffee, very grateful for all the vegan options. One of the few places I've been that actively scans covid passes and takes the health issue seriously.

Okay service. Tables need a spruce up.
Food section small but ok & with healthy focus.
Price/value ok.
