Kaimai Cafe reviews
42Lovely date scones and good coffee. Was at the Cafe with a group of friends. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Quick service and friendly staff
Simple menu but done very well which I personally prefer over a fancy menu done poorly. WiFi is good and staff friendly.
Out in the country. Busier and bigger than I expected it would be. I think the prices are reasonable.
Nice quiet cafe, warm fire and staff make you welcome. Awesome big breakfast that is well worth the $21
It's a wonderful place to go for a coffee or even something to eat. The staff are so friendly and the service is always amazing. Thank you so much.
Nice vibes and food. Lovely staff. Was better when they sold gifts and fruit. Worth trying if you haven't.
Very disappointed. The grounds are terrible. The cafe is freezing cold. The tables full of dirty dishes. The food cabinets empty.
Visited here for the first time today and could not believe how busy it was. Also know will definitely go back as the staff are lovely and the food is fresh - something that many other people obviously already know
Freezer meat and canned fruit. Looking at the leftovers of my burger, took the patty out as its obviously freezer burnt. Partner has a slosh of Mayo and canned pineapple on her chicken burger too
STOP! Don't drive past this cafe. Friendly staff, nice strong coffee and very generous breakfast portions. Highly recommend
I had a nice beetroot salad from here this week. The dressing was lovely but the beetroot was tasteless (I am guessing it was canned). Good tasting coffee
We arrived in from Fiji and pulled in on New Years day for breakfast. Such lovely staff greeted us and made the most perfect coffee! We had a date scone thst tasted so beautifully homemade. Pouched eggs were cooked exactly the way i love them. OUTSTANDING
Highly recommend this cafe on all levels. Atmosphere, service, friendly, taste!
Obviously under new ownership, it used to be AWESOME, they need to offer salads and a better selection, it was ok, however the coffee was beautiful
Pleasant destination or stop off if you’re planning a drive out of town. Cottage like atmosphere in a pleasant rural setting, fresh wholefood selection with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, Art on display is also for sale and there’s also a craft shop. Call in.they’re worth it.
Always gr8 every time we call in. Can't recommend enough on how great the food the service atmosphere and the location is. As we have a small dog always happy to see him n help with water m dog treats. Thanks.
Long wait wasn't told up front. Sat with someone else's dirty dishes for most of the time and once it was cleared it wasn't wiped so had our food alongside someone elses crumbs.
I had a very good coffee and a lovely date scone - crunchy crust and moist inside. Plenty of people there - always a good sign.
Disappointing. Not been for a couple of years and gone downhill. Pies were terrible. Could not finish coffee that bad. Bubbles floating on surface.
Gorgeous view, Friendly and helpful staff! Great array of food, well prepared and presented, Boutique shop on site is very refreshing and worth the time to look
We quite like this place and has been here some times. But since changed new owner.
COFFEE just is ok. Foods not as good as before. And the menu has been changed. Bacon not very fresh. Bacon and egg spilt dry and over toasted. My scrambled egg is very watering. Not very interested. Hope so the new owner can improve. Not toys for children any more. Children are not very Happy this time.
