Got home and my camera protectors applied in store had bubbles underneath and I had to reapply it myself. Definitely recommend going to TechPro instead as they are friendly and always have better prices.

Quick friendly service Gave me a discount on x 2 phone cases for $35 each and replaced my Samsung that had a cracked screen for $200 as well as a free screen glass protecter. Got my phone fixed within an hour Very happy customer. (Omni Tech Repairs) inside bayfair beside Kmart.

Look for Raj to help you, he's the best! Also they have Afterpay payment options that is really helpful.

Adityadumi has the worst customer service, terrible attitude, don't trust him. Don't get them to put screen protection on, so much dust underneath the protection and if they tell you a discounted price add another 15 20 dollars on top. There's another phone place maybe 20 meters away from them, go to him instead, very polite and trusting, way better service and doesnt scam you like Adityadumi does, he charged us over $230 the guy down from him wouldve done the exact same for $140.

Param was great! I went to her with a phone with a faulty home button and she quickly found a solution. She was really pleasant and friendly, explained everything clearly and sorted it very efficiently. We had another positive experience with a screen replacement recently and we wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks.

I would not recommend taking your phone here. I took my phone in to get a screen replacement and left with a broken sensor and my vibration no longer works and all they could tell me was its not there problem and if i want to get it fixed they would have to send my phone away! For something they did. They also tryed charging me for something they broke which was cracking the back of my phone when removing it. Highly disappointed with my experience here.

Horrible customer service, I called today earlier at 10: 30am for iPhone x screen repair price. Guy didn’t want to help me and he directly said yes we do and come here we’ll fix it then I ask price and he said thank you and just hang up phone. If you guys don’t want to help people then why you here just give chance to another business to serve people. Never recommends omnitech to any one

Have had issues with my phone not charging correctly recently so thought would get it looked at. A few years ago I had similar issues with an older phone and was told it would have to be sent away for repairs or would be cheaper to buy a new phone. I was due an upgrade so purchased a new phone, but this time not in same financial position to purchase another new phone so was apprehensive about repairs. The gentleman had a quick look and within 30sec had it repaired, no issues at all. Very helpful

Shady, deceitful, lying and useless. Do not trust. I will be telling everyone about their bs workmanship and their unprofessional salesperson. Do not go there. Do not bother. Rip off. This is a no star review. Fakes

Had great experience while getting my phone fixed. Staff is really helpful and polite. BIGGG SHOUTOUT to the manager Pranav for that express service to fix my phone in few hours whilst other places were asking to leave it for days, He sure is a LIFESAVER!

Bought a $65 phone case from them and fell apart within 3months. I didn’t have the receipt (wasn’t planning on returning it) and even with bank statements they wouldn’t consider helping with anything.

The worst customer service and experience I’ve EVER had. Originally went in to get my battery replaced and then ended up replacing the screen. First it took so long when most other places are usually so quick! But oh well no big deal. Except the next day after “fixing” my phone, I woke up to a broken camera and flash on the phone. I went back to talk to them and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. Blaming it on me. But there was never ever an issue before they replaced everything. He even started to raise his voice and get rude with me when I’m clearly upset that they’ve gone and done more damage that they refuse to fix or refund. Do not waste your time or money with these people. HORRIBLE
