28Went to omniTech Bayfair store on Sunday for my phone case.meet with Pranav there.he is super friendly and help me to choose case.
I went into the bayfair store and dropped my phone off to be repaired. I have an iphone 8+ and it has a broken front screen, back screen aswell as broken camera at the back. I waited 2 weeks for a response from them regarding the price it will be to have it repaired so i finally gave them a call after getting sick of waiting around for them to get in contact with me like they said they would. Also they informed me they would get in contact within 2-5 working days so 2 weeks of no contact is very dissapointing. They quoted me $800 to have it fixed wheras other places have quoted me around $400-$500. Overall, very disapointed with the lack of communication from this business aswell as their un-realistic prices. I have asked for my phone to be sent back and will not be using this business again.: - (
The young boy Pranav is so friendly and helped me to figure out the problem that i had with my phone. Best service. Recommended
There is a guy called pranav chowdhary, he was very helpfull and had excellent service I had a very bad problem with my phone and he politely asked me to wait a few minutes. Now I will always go to omni tech bayfair if I have any problems with my phone and referred my friends as well. Please say thank you to pranav from me he was wonderfull.
Terrible place.took in an ipad air to get screen repaired and quoted me $400. Then when I said I will go somewhere else he then said ok $350. Such a rip off and trying to take advantage of people. Not worth going to. Found a far cheaper place in Tauranga.

My experience with Omni Tech has been an absolute nightmare.sent my partners phone away to have the screen replaced, was quoted the wrong price and ended up having to pay double what i was told.got the phone back more broken with an audio fault which was not there previously (they had not put the phone back together properly). We then sent the phone back again only to have it come back with audio slightly working and without the screen working. So yet again, we sent the phone back. After waiting TWO MONTHS we were told we had to pay for a new motherboard.which was not needed when the phone was originally sent away, they broke it.after being passed around on the phone to plenty of people who clearly knew absolutely nothing about phones, we spoke to the manager who only offered a refund once we threatened to take the matter to tribunal. Have been waiting two more weeks for them to send the phone back with the refund. Can not wait for phone back so i can send it to a competent company to repair the damage they have created.
