All round fantastic. Great service and the special was so flavoursome. Mains readonably priced considering how great the meals were.

Unfortunately very inconsistent with there food the last two times we ordered takeaway one each of the meal were terrible they did offer to replace, but we didn’t want to drive all the way back half hour round trip, I will check food at counter before leaving next time

Food was yum! Especially the dessert but a bit too loud if you wanting to have a nice quiet dinner.

Update:
Management rang me to see what happened and again advised me that the jasmine rice they use is a brand and its just plain steamed rice. Still confused as I know the rice i got last time had a jasmine taste. Anyway, the manager was lovely and advised they are focused on giving a great service and wanted to sort this out as best they can. Still not happy about being hung up on that night but I will say the curry on its own was lovely

I have edited the stars and added 2 for the Manager and her call but i can't give 5 stars for the service on the night as the phone wasn't working well and the service was not good.

Initial review:
Very unhappy right now. I ordered jasmine rice and paid extra for it. I received 2 containers of plain rice with the green curry I ordered. I rang the shop and the service was appalling! She tried to tell me the jasmine rice was a brand and not the taste and I tried to explain i have had it before and know what jasmine rice tastes like. She still continued to treat me like an idiot and hung up on me.

This is not a Thai restaurant, not at all nice, very soupy Anne not authentic at all I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

The flavour of the food was good but not as punchy. There were a lot of people making the atmosphere good. For the most part, the service was good, but one incident left a negative lasting impression. All I did was ask for a spare plate when our food came out. The lady gave me a dirty stare and walked off. The spare plate never came. Won't be my first choice for food next time I'm in town.

One of the best Thai food we’ve had in NZ. So tasty, fresh, good amount of veggies & very generous portions.

Went here for step dads birthday dinner. Food was brilliant. As spicy as you want or completely mild and safe. Prices are very good and value. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Room is quite noisy though. Will sit outside next time because of noise- be clear- this is not the business fault. Highly recommend.

Incredible!
I am a fussy eater and requested a change to my meal once served, (a huge ask), and it was no problem - incredible service and obviously great flavors and atmosphere.

Absolutely terrible experience. From getting there to getting our mains was a two hour wait! Then when they arrive my partners (who's patients had already worn thin) scallops were raw and so were mine and then after he had to wait even longer he lost his appetite. Additionally, the entire that my partner got (selection) was dry and tasteless. Would definitely recommend avoiding this place. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this place ruined what was to be a special night for us.

Finally found amazing Thai food in Tauranga! The yellow curry was perfect! Generous portion. Service was great, very kind and efficient. Love the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was awful and service below average. For starters, the waitresses seemed like they didn't even want to be there, then the entree looked like a child had slapped it on a plate. Both our mains were tasteless and had no Thai flavours at all. The crispy pork was actually hard overcooked pork that was inedible. The plates were loaded up which was the only plus. Would never Thai Thani again!

Extremely poor customer service from both the female staff-behind the bar and the waitress. Rude, abrupt and stood together talking, sniggering whilst looking at me, after asking how much longer my takeaway order was going to be.
Food was terrible! I love Thai food but some dishes were in eatable as they were so burnt and dry. Spent $90 on possibly the worst Thai food I have ever tasted. Disappointed and would NOT recommend at all!

Today I have been to this amazing restaurant. I had great food and enjoyed every moment there. Big thank you to the staff.

We went here for lunch and were amazed by how tasty the food was and how quick the service was. Highly recommend Thai Thani if you want beautiful traditional Thai food.

Great atmosphere but the tomato juice and apple salad were so spicy to be almost uneatable. The salad had chilli sauce slathered on it to make it inedible

I thoroughly enjoyed a midweek dinner here. Restaurant appears to be quite popular. Prompt service and meal to table. Recommended.

Awesome. I try to check out local Thai spots whenever I'm travelling or somewhere new and this is somewhere I'll be back to. I'm fussy and fairly critical but the food here tasted amazing, had generous portions and priced to attract return customers. Had the duck curry and it was loaded with Duck. Good service too with a classic local Thai restaurant atmosphere. Thank-you.
