Always love coming here! The staff are friendly and always have a smile and acknowledge you when you walk in and walk out.i try to come here every once a couple weeks on my days off for a treat as i’m vegan and love supporting them any chance i can get, as i know it’s very tough times in hospitality right now x love the donuts too they’re so amazing! I can see the owner works really hard for her business and that doesn’t go unappreciated! Love everything about this place, especially that they’re so active on social media too ️‍️‍️‍ 10/10 recommend

I’ve been gluten/dairy free for 10+ years and this is some of the best gf df food I have ever had! The food is all delish, coffee is fantastic, the staff/owners are super lovely, I come back as much as I can! Would %100 recommend!

This is the best food in Tauranga period. All Vegan and such a cool space. It's painted with nice fun color and there are sometimes little birds that visit you at your table! The staff are also amazing, and extremely friendly. It is more of a daytime breakfast/lunch cafe menu. They also have the best Oat milk flat white in town. I can't rate them highly enough. Superior job they are doing for the customers, and the Vegan community in general.

My fiancé and I had a brunch here during Easter holiday. We didn’t know it was vegan cafe? We ordered cheese scone, two coffee and a brunch menu it was DELICIOUS I would recommend this place even if you are not vegan or vegetarian.

Highly recommend their vegan chocolate chunk cookies! So delish. Loads of yummy snacks to choose from and their iced oat lattes go down a treat. By far the best spot in Tauranga CBD to get a coffee. Friendly staff and super cute interiors inside their cafe!

This is my favourite cafe in the Bay of Plenty - delicious and nutritious food, great coffee, and *always* excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. If you like your cafe experience to come with a free side order of kindness, then make a special trip here.

Today, we experienced terrible service while making inquiries about the gluten free process to find out what was celiac safe, as two members of our party are celiac. It's important to clarify what was safe for them to eat. The server was unable to properly communicate with us and ended up being quite rude and visibly frustrated with us. In the end we didn't take the opportunity to eat here. This is unacceptable and would not recommend at all.

I am willing to update this review if the manager gets in contact with me about taking the appropriate measures.

Edit: For anyone who has read through our review the below response clearly demonstrates the intolerant attitude that we were met with when there was clearly a misunderstanding. In seeking clarification we received a snarky response. The facts weren't the issue it was the unnecessary rudeness.

Fantastic range of vegetarian and vegan food (and GF options), delicious baking and great coffee! Plus lovely staff and atmosphere. Love this cafe and highly recommend.

Beautiful cafe! Super friendly and helpful staff! Lots of vegan options and plenty to choose from. I had a porridge bowl that was just beautiful! It had a range of fruits and seed with a a little coconut whip. I would definitely recommend visiting here whether you are local or visiting.

This is the best cafe ever! The food is delicious. The staff are all so friendly and Shar the owner is incredibly kind and generous.

We were intially meant to have our wedding on the 28th of Feb but had to postpone (literally the night before) because of COVID. Shar did her best to minimize our costs but we decided we wanted to eat cake and to deliver some cake (contactless of course) to any guests who had already made it down from Auckland. In the lead up to our new date, I had so many people telling me how excited they were about the cake - it was that good!

I honestly cannot recommend Nourished Eatery enough whether its for wedding cakes, to pop in for a cup of tea and a ginger kiss or for a cooked breakfast off their menu. All are amazing.
