Outstanding service. I broke my front tooth over the weekend and even though I was not registered with a dentist in Gisborne, they not only managed to fit me in but the service given was unbelievable. Rachel and Tori were a very cohesive team. Today it was followed by a phone call to check everything was good. 100% recommended!

Went yesterday and Peter was excellent. I am not good with dental care and am very nervous. He was patient and kind and very professional.

I was lucky enough to be able to get into Amber dental the day after my front tooth was chipped. I had Dr Jo and Sarah, they were super friendly, kind, supportive and personable.
I shared that I was very nervous to be at the dentist, Jo asked me why, and what can she do to help me feel less nervous throughout the process. They made the entire experience painless as she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was able to leave the dentist feeling not scared to go back. Not scared at all. So grateful for the lovely dentist experience, from the delightful Katie behind the desk, Sarah and Jo, the reasonable price, everything.

I have had work done by Amber Dental recently and it has been from my 1st contact an extremely supportive, personally caring experience. For someone who has anxiety about having dental work done Amber Dental have made what is usually a very stressful situation for me a good, positive, supportive and professional outcome. ORSUM service, Emergency Dentists is exactly what Amber is. Doctor Pete, his assistant, & the Frontline girls were way kool. Called, got a consultation appointment and to my surprise Doc extracted my achie tooth. So greatful, and appreciative. Thanks guys & gals.

As a 36year old being embarrassed asking if I could be taught how to floss, I could not have been more put at ease. Rachel my dentist and her helper Grace were both amazing, empathic, informative, helpful at put my nerves at ease. Allowed me to listen to music with 1 earphone to help with my anxiety during the procedure. Talked me thru her processing as she was working on me. Made sure I had dignity thru out the whole process (wiping my mouth, checking I had no pain etc). And then the very next day, their lovely office ladies call to make sure your doing ok after your procedure. Thank you.

The appointment went smoothly; when pain relief didn’t work as expected, I was given more which helped.

The team at Amber Dental are very friendly and easy to chat with. They were on time with my appointment which is nice. I had a tooth extracted and the procedure went well and the dentist was great in answering my questions or concerns. The follow up service was excellent I would highly recommend Amber Dental to anyone.
