Earlier today, 22 June 2023, I had delivery of a flat fragile parcel from a gallery in Whanganui. Although it's raining, it was left of my deck, only part of which is covered, and there was no indication the courier had been. By the time I noticed it was there, the parcel was wholly damp and wet at one edge. This is simply negligent and a good reason not to use Aramex. Peter Ireland 681A Wainui Road.

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but it can be a positive thing if they are considered constructively, so here we go. Today is 5th January. My parcel arrived at the Gisborne depot on the 30th December. I realize it's a busy time of year, so I wasn't expecting quick service from any courier company let alone Amarex, but the Amarex service I've had at any time of the year is always the same: dismal. I detest it when the seller uses Amarex, as in my own experience, I always end up going to pick up the parcel myself, and the staff that I've personally dealt with is anything but friendly. The woman at the desk today couldn't be more sullen in her expressions and dealings with me (I'm naturally a jolly, smiley person). Perhaps some sort of tightening up of the protocols and a little smiling-with-eye-contact training would help. Wishing you all the best for 2023.

Have not had any issues with this company although delivery time is a bit lengthy. Customer service in gisborne depot is great and always cheerful.

Aramex have got to be one of the most frustrating courier companies to deal with, any time I've had something delivered by them there's always been problems.

Recently, twice I've told them to leave my parcel without signature in a safe location, twice they're left a calling card, even though the second calling card is nowhere to be seen.so I can't even organize a redelivery.
This parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, it's been three days of messing around, even longer now that it's not going to be delivered until next week.
I don't see why they can't leave $30 cable unattended but were perfectly fine leaving a $4,000 piece of hardware out in the rain all day, even though it needed a signature and nobody was there to sign for it.

Surely this issue will be resolved by next week because right now I feel like my parcel is being held hostage, it shouldn't be this difficult to receive a product I've paid for.

I'm not even exaggerating, Every SINGLE time I've used your service, there's a problem. Apparently my package was unable to deliver, was home yesterday, no one came, home now, no one came. Rung up desk lady, tried to tell me my package was in Dunedin, borderline had an argument, then she FINALLY found my package and said it must have been mis-scanned, then I said just deliver it now as I was home, then she just hung up on me?

It's companies like this is why I'm apprehensive of buying things online, in the small case I have to deal with YOU clowns. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not ion this waka alone.
