Very happy with Toni's cut of my stepson, he's very happy. Also want to add that this is a whole new business, so don't take much stock of old reviews. Dianne and Toni are great. Dianne had Peel Street barbers for years.

She knows how to cut my hair and how to fix it when I made a mess of my own home job lol won't be doing that again. She great she will be my all time hair dresser from now on. Ten out of ten service that's my opinion everyone is different but I like it their.

Kids used to go here alot as kids. Davy was old school great.
Just fyi one of the hairdressers has bad BO BO each time we've been there. I feel they should be told.

First time there. I had a fringe.the ends cut and asked to slant the sides. Paid $30. Will never go there again. She just cut across the front.it's crooked.and when she cut down the sides.she didn't even check if even with other side. I did ask her if she had experience and did she know what she was doing. Again.crooked. Not bad mouthing.just honest. Nice lady just bad skills. The one star for her niceness.

Diane at this hairdressing salon is a first class cutter.the price? An amazing $25 only. What's entailed,? No appt necessary, hair is cut, blow dryer but not washed and you come out feeling a new person!

I was in much need of a haircut. Appointments are not required so you just wait for your turn. Diane does a great job. Here's a before and after and the hours they work.

I was hit in the head with the ravor multippletimes as she shaved my head. The hairdresser was sour and unprofessional both times I came because I had to come back a second time because it was so terrible. Not that it improved much the second time. When I came back she blamed my terrible haircut not on her own incompetence but because she doesn't "do women's haircuts" despite the fact I was getting a traditional mens cut.

I wasn't quite happy with my 6yr olds haircut as it wasn't what i had asked for. I even mentioned it to the hairdresser at the time. Disappointing

Ive been coming to davys hairdressers since i was a little kid over 40 years from warwick davy through to now the new shop is amazing big spacious well.set out good work area for the hairdressers and room for customers service over the 40 years has always been really good ive only had a few haircuts i perhaps didnt like but some of that slso is not explaining what i want properly then leaving it upto them all the staff over the years have been courteous look forward to the next 40 years by which time i will be a old man lol

Dannielle is fantastic with womens razor cuts.she's been cutting my hair since i came to Gisborne last July.absolutely recommend

Great place for the person on the go. Fast & Friendly Staff. They cater for most. My go to place!
