6Just made a call into parts this morning 29/10/22 @10am. Confirming a part for a cover for rear brake light I ask to order in which they have and get a rude guy saying can’t guarantee that they can change over as I come in even after telling him that’s what I’ve been told and his exact words is “I can’t guarantee that and if someone else guaranteed that here then it’s up to them”. Great team effort Gisborne Ford.just let another customer go. And note my part is for a Ford 2022 model. And the part is just over $470 for a plastic break cover. Easy sale just lost.

Had great service from one person and lesser service from another. On the whole, got things done quickly and cheaply.
Put a bike in 4 service a week prior to service. Came to pick it up a week later as instructed by Ford Motors that it will be ready. Service not completed parts missing. Servicemen blaming the other person 4 parts missing. In other words couldn't care less attitude.
Remember when your local garage called you by name, gave you prompt service with a smile, rang you to let you know what's going on with your vehicle, and when you picked it up it had been valet'd? Not here. Unreal that I can wait for four days before walking into see what the issue was, then waited another two full weeks to finally walk in again to be told they can't fault the problem I took it in for. Luckily they didn't charge me for the privilege, but hey guys, a huge multinational company like Ford surely insists that you keep your customers informed and don't leave it for them to come to you in desperatin as they never been called? While you're improving the customer service, clean the floor in the service dept - the dust is weeks old and portrays a poor image.
