When they unblocked our 100 year old sewer line with their camera and whirly pressure cleaner, they also located half a brick in it, got a digger, removed the brick, and replaced the pipe, all for a surprisingly low price compared to what we'd feared! A good old family business. Just need to sometimes get onto them to get them out, lately. But they explained they were run off their feet after the Gisborne floods.
So we just got another job done on the line and we're feeling loyal!

Hallrite were fantastic in getting a plumber out to check a leaking pipe that needed urgent attention. They made the repair very quickly and professionally.

We woke up to a flooded floor due to a leak in the hot water cylinder.
This was just before Christmas so it was pretty much a miracle to have someone come and repair it around this time.
They even came on the day we called which was the Friday 23rd Dec.
Jay who came and repaired it was super lovely and very professional.

I phoned them twice last week. Each time I was told aplumber would give me a call but nothing happened. I'm not very impressed!

Have rang numerous times over last couple of weeks. No call back and never seem to have my details.

We asked for advice re a piece of insulation material that had come loose from top of fridge into the gas system compartment for cooling the fridge. Brian had a look inside and out and discovered a major fault which he informed us of and then referred us to an authorized gas fitter to repair with parts he sold to us for minimum charge. This fault had been missed by whoever responsible for manufacture and probable import plus other gas system checks done and paid for over a two year period since we purchased the van.
How lucky we are to have had Brian's attention to detail, care, responsibility and expertise!
