Great customer service from people on the floor. Have had 1 lady behind the register be a little unhelpful on products that weren't correct for application but in saying that real good overall

Not the biggest range, but the staff are super friendly and do their absolute best to meet customers needs

I was looking for a mantle for my gas lamp and there was a lovely lady who I shared laughs with serving in the shop she was so helpful made my experience very helpful a great shopping experience. Thank you Hunt and Fish

Went to buy a weber smoke grill, not in stock, got told it would be here by Friday, and still waiting. They had good range on show, but not stock on hand

Great range, staff I dealt with in firearms section are always knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice to have a resource like this is Gisborne with great customer service.

I have been in a few hunting and fishing stores over the north island. By far this was the best experience I have had. Thank you too the lovely lady that helped me wrangle my 2 boys and get some hiking boots on them. I'll be back soon.

Check before leaving, I didn't, I got home and found out I got the wrong item. (my bad, lucky I have the receipt).

Really poor service. Bought a slug gun which was faulty, repair took over 2 months with no replacement offered. Posted back at our own expense, and had to phone several times for updates as staff weren't forthcoming or proactive with communicating. Unhappy customers, won't be returning and definitely won't be recommending Hunting & Fishing Gisborne.

An other awesome place, I went to look for a BBQ and they have a nice 1 which I will pick up next week.
