Modo Flooring

Modo Flooring Gisborne completed flooring work in our home in December 2022. We are so happy with the service we received and the job that they done. I would highly recommend to everyone.

What a pleasant surprise we had when working with Modo Flooring Gisborne. They showed up not only when we were promised they would, but even a couple of days early. We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, and their attention to detail. Their insistence on quality work and nothing short of perfect suited us. Will return to Modo every time for any flooring needs.

My husband and I wanted our downstairs concrete floors and hallway sanded and polished. The job done by Modo Flooring was really unsatisfactory. A lot of scuffing and unpolished areas, so much so we had to spend more to carpet the bedroom to cover the faults. Initially they tried to charge us more than the agreed amount as it took them longer but the xtra time did not achieve a good result.
Modo finally agreed the job was not great and took away the extra they were trying to charge.
They sent us chocolates and asked us to review thus this response.

We asked this company for a carpet quote for an office for commercial premises.they arrived on time as organised and were polite and courteous. We then looked in store at samples. The measuring consultant had rung through telling the staff at the store we were coming. We were greated by name and shown samples as requested. Great service and very professional. Well done guys.
