Postie Gisborne

Not impressed with how the system is when it comes to click and collects. Apparently they get send from Auckland instead of being picked in store that day? You should probably let your customers know that in store and online. If i had known that i would have just got the items delivered. Also no one answers the phone when trying to ring the Gisborne store.

Nice selection of clothes, but I found that there weren't enough options of certain items for newborns, eg, socks, bibs, etc. There are some but not enough. It's still a very nice store. Would be better if they had a slightly bigger store.

Best place to buy decent work pants that are suitable for the office or the shop floor.wears well in stockroom work too.
Did I mention they have great prices on other clothing!
Returns/exchanges are hassle free, no matter what type of garment it may be.

Excellent service here, really lovely staff. Helpfully answered my questions, showed me what I was looking for. Price wise, I feel it's excellent value for money.

The majority if customer service ladies in this store are quite arrogant, I prefer online ordering instead of having to deal with such people

Store was an absolute mess, sale clothing mixed in with full price and vice versa. Racks chocka so you couldnt move anything. Was in there for about half an hour and was not greeted or spoken to once. One staff member nearly walked into me and I still didnt get acknowledged. Having been apart of the company for nearly 5years I was completely embarrassed to see the state of the store and the attitudes of the staff

This is a good place to shop price of clothing at a reasonable price and affordable staff are always helpful thank you clothes that range from different sizes and very fashionable
