Service from start to finish was tops. And the food was to die for; fresh, tasty, well balanced and beautifully presented. A wonderful experience! The only disappointment was we couldn't fit it all in. A big doggy bag fixed that.

The service was amazing. The woman was so friendly and kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious, I had tofu laksa and my partner had pepper sauce chicken. Both were absolutely delicious along with the starters. The cherry on top was the deep fried ice cream and their great choice of beers. A local gisborne one and 2 Thai beers that were all amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We did a phone booking for dinner at 6pm on Friday night, 14 Jan 22.

We ordered a Chicken Nibbles as an entree, the chicken was crispy on the outside yet moist in the inside. The dipping Thai sauce was quite satisfying too, not too sweet and there was a surely tanginess that we need.

We ordered Whole Snapper, a small Chicken Tom Yum and small Prawn Tom Kha for our main meals.
The whole snapper was cooked with tamarind sauce which was not too sweet surprisingly (just perfectly meet our liking), the Tom Yum was refreshing, and the Tom Kha was creamy and delicious. It was a pretty busy night as the tables were all full but we did not wait too long. Hands up for the customer service as well. Foods were top notch and overall a 9/10 dining experience. Will definitely be back.

I get the pad Thai from here atleast twice a week and I love it! Super fast service and always super lovely which is good when I need a quick lunch fix.
Also the yummiest Tom yum

Food was so tasty and good service only down Nasi Goreng not hot as requested. Special fish dish was really good had fillet but can get whole. Really reasonably priced dishes will definitely go back again and recommend to others.

We've been repeat customers here quite a lot recently. The staff are really friendly. Food is tasty, great value and good sized portions. Much improved from a few years ago. WE'll keep frequenting here. HIghly recommended

Awesome service, the place had a nice vibe, very clean.
We got an unexpected complimentary bowl of prawn chips while we waited for our takeaway order, the door was held open for us while leaving the restaurant and the food was really good.
We had pad Thai (chicken) and sweet n sour stirfry (prawns) with rice. Very happy.

The food was absolutely amazing the shank fell off the bone, and my husband said the laksa was the best hes bad in NZ! Awesome service too. We tried the steam dumplings, wonton soup, seafood laksa and lamb shank in a yummy nut curry!?

Lovely lovely eatery just off the main road in the Gisborne City Centre. They are quite popular so would recommend booking a ahead. Their food is definitely quite good and their assortment of specials were definitely worth a try. Their staff dwspite being run off their feet provide a good customer experience. Only let down was their sticky rice and mango dessert (a very popular Thai dish) had frozen mangoes in it. Whilst I can understand using frozen mangoes to keep prices down, at least thaw these before serving! It really ruins an otherwise quite good dish.
Will definitely still come again when next in the area.

This is a little gem of a Thai Restaurant in Gisborne. Don't be fooled by its appearance, they know their stuff.
Staff very friendly as well and happy to help if you not sure what to order!

Authentic Thai. Pork belly special was amazing! Great larb. Ask for Thai spicy if you like hot. Lovely service. They do takeaway and have fully licensed bar.

If you want proper thai cusine this is a great place. If you order Thai hot you actually get Thai hot.

Yummy dinner. Had the prawn special and duck. Lovely fresh veges and very tasty. Next time will ask for a bit spicy as the meal was NZ spicy! Will definitely be back.

Good Thai food! We were from out of town and have tried many Thai restaurants throughout the North island. This one is not bad at all and prices are fair. I would highly recommended getting the whole fish dish, one of the best dish from the menu.

Lovely staff. Yummy fresh ingredients. Tastes to suit everyone. Enjoyable evening. Yummy desserts to finish off yummy meals.
