Very poor service, not responsive at all. Ita been 2 weeks they still couldn’t find the problem. Never pickup phone or answer emails. Wasted my 2 weeks. Would not recommend to anyone.

I fixed the audio for my laptop and it worked. Very nice and friendly lady who helped me find the issue. This is also the place for recycling old laptops.

What a terrible Experience I had, I went to this shop to get fixed my Battery and they changed my Original screen to duplicate Screen without telling me and when I asked them about my screen that did they changed it coz it looks so fake and blurry they Lied to me that the they didn’t do anything, but when I told them that it is a fake they admit that while fixing the phone the screen got cracked and they changed it with duplicate one and they also charged me for $150 for doing nothing and make that experience exhausted! They are Fraud and looters, I’ve also charged a law suit against them and now they want to compromise and the owner called me that they will fixed everything without any fee and refund me my money, but I want to teach them a lesson so they can’t cheat next time!

If I could give no stars I would. They use cheap defective parts then won't refund after giving them the opportunity to repair. They just keep your money. Don't waste your time or money on these Muppets!

The technician here was super friendly and helpful.their price is cheaper than other local stores. She gave sound and reasonable explanation of the kind of work was required to fix items. Also she gave a clear outline of the time needed to complete the task. I have passed about the details of the store among my friends and family and hope with all of the cracked screens and other fixes she will be kept even busier than she is. I happily reccomend them.

Absolutely great service, the staff I encountered to change the battery were very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure everything was working correctly. I was recommended to them by a friend who also said he received great service. I would recommend Computer Dezire to anyone who has a problem with anything technology.

Beware sloppy service, do not use these people they do not know what they are doing! Phone went in for a replacement cover, once returned it wouldnt read a sim card, they had they phone for two weeks, saying it is a software issue, but just turns out they likely dropped the device and created a hardware fault. Phone was working perfectly prior to going in

A Techy friend recommended my partner and I bring my laptop here after taking a look and finding something wrong with the Video chip (Black screen), We took it in and was told it may not be fixable (It probably sounded like I was describing what would happen when the mother board is damaged) we left with high hopes anyway. To our surprise I got a call saying the laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up three hors after taking it in!

Such an amazing and Fast service from these guys! We weren't stung with a heafty price for the job either which is a WIN!

Was hesitant to take my laptop to get fixed as the last person I took it too said it wasn't worth fixing. I knew my laptop had issues but was still worth fixing and saving as it wasn't that old.
