Fix IT iPhone ipad ipod laptop mac Repair In Hastings

My mother took her new phone there while passing through town, now her phone is bricked and requires a password we do not have.
The lady who was cruel to my mother was both uncaring, unprofessional and univested in her as a customer.
I suspect that because FixIT didn't care about my mother's device since they knew she was passing through and assumed her tech illiteracy wouldnt result in it coming back to them with a deserved one star review.

Took my iPhone 6 + in for screen to be glued back down turned out they broke the screen, I paid for a new 1 and now my camera doesn’t work or the torch and I can only hear when on speaker. Made a simple problem into a whole new phone required. Not refunded in full! Not replaced battery as I paid for and not a software glitch. Broken and ruined by your incompetent. Stop scamming

They said they would be able to fix the home button on an iPhone 8 but after three attempts it still doesn't work any better than it used to.

Update: went back to them to fix the problem and they do it for free. The man who we were talking with about the problem was so nice and calm. I RECOMMEND!

Made enquiry about repairing cell phone msin speaker and left contact detsils as requested but haven't heard back. Disintetested technician, basic, unwelcoming shop environment

Very little communication with me about my phone repair even when I gave them my email I still received no updates and when I went in myself, my phone had been ready for a while. Although they tried to fix it they weren't able to solve the issue.
They returned my phone with the SD card slot MISSING and a major crack in the side panel, my fault for not taking a closer look at my phone when I finally got it back. Doesn't surprise me as I had seen one employee toss it on the counter and when another returned it to me she said she was lucky to find my sim card slot? Lucky to find it? She also mentioned that the phone already had dings and knicks on it clearly trying to distract me from the area they had damaged I'm sure. My fault again for not inspecting it further but I figured the phone was toast anyways. Super unorganized and unprofessional.

Took it to another shop and they fixed my issue, all it needed was a cleaning and took literally 5 seconds, I wasted a week with this company and my phone is now even more damaged and missing a piece. Would 100% go back in myself to ask for my SD card slot back and to fix the damage they had done yet I have left the area to continue my travels.

Be careful taking your stuff to this company.

They were friendly enough but not particularly quick to get back to me and didn't seem confident in giving me the advice I needed. It felt like they weren't really interested in helping me. I know phone repairs can be a nuisance, bit it's what they ate supposedly good at and focused on, so I felt disappointed.

I smashed my screen of my iPhone 6 at 8: 00am. Took it to Fix IT at 8: 20am and by 8: 45am the screen was replaced and works brilliantly. The cost was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this business.
