Instant Tech Solutions(Phone And Laptop Repairs)

From what I recall, my brother had a screen replacement for his old iPhone xr and the replacement screen was faulty. You could also tell the screen wasn't a genuine Apple refurbished screen. None of what that shop sells is certified genuine parts or accessories. With this in mind and the pricing I don't think this is the best place to get phone repairs done. Better to go through an apple or Samsung certified repairer or go through Apple or Samsung directly. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Bought two screen protectors (Galaxy) and although I had it explained to me how to use them and also recommended to watch YouTube videos (which I did), I ultimately wasn't happy with the product. Returned and wanted a refund, based on the fact that the product was labelled incorrectly to begin with and was not fit for purpose. I was told that a refund was not possible and that the owner would be in contact, we are going on almost a week later and no contact! Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed by their service and won't be shopping there again, or recommending them. Which is a shame really because had their customer service been of a higher level then things might have ended differently, lesson learned for me.

Absolutely horrendous service, took my phone in asking how much will it cost to get screen done and without checking properly the lady immediately said it require new screen and she need to order. I checked with computer shop whether they have in stock, old Gentlemen there told me it is not the screen damage, only screen cover and he lifted off and screen was ok.totally dishonest staff. Lies could see it in her face, do not recommend at all. No human decency whatsoever. Don't go there.

Took phone in to be repaired (speaker problem). They were unable to repair the fault. When I picked up phone sent son in to pick up, while I stayed in car double parking. When I got home I looked at phone and saw there was now a fault with the screen with lines over screen, that was not there before they opened up my phone. I rang immediately, I had only left shop 10 minutes before, and explained what was going on with phone.they said bring back. When I did that they said you didn''t bring phone back in straight away so they won't fix the phone they damaged. Instatech are trying to say that in the 10 minutes I left their shop a fault occurred with the phone that it has never had before. I let them know with in ten minutes! Very unprofessional and poor service. Absolutely made my phone much worse.

My girlfriend came in to get her cracked phone screen replaced, to begin with everything seemed fine, she left her phone to be repaired but came back to find that her phone was in a worse state than when she left it. Half of the screen was darkened leading me to believe that they have ruined the back light circuit on one side of her phone, meaning the person replacing the screen didnt disconnect the battery. My girlfriend brought up the issue when she picked up her phone, but was blamed for it even though her phone didnt have the lighting problem to begin with, she responded saying that she wasnt going to pay for it when the worker tried to smooth over the issue by offering her some freebies for the phone (phone case, screen protecter and a phone card holder). They should be completely responsible for either fixing the phone, or replacing completely if not fixable, if the issue is not resolved soon then we'll be taking legal action against the company.

A must place to go if you want excellent customer service for phones etc The price for items are good.

Such a very nice guy, easy to talk too.

I walked in after a new screen protector for me phone, but they don’t have it, he gave me a brand new one and didn’t charge me and said he believed the customer shouldn’t pay for the things that their wasn’t planning on buying.
Anyway he’s a very very nice guy I hope his business goes a long way

Replaced the battery for my 8 year old smartphone today. Service was good and quick. I had problems connecting to Wi-Fi but the guys at this place fixed it straight away. I'm very happy with the service and the price.
