Ive been 3times but customer service was always poor (busy n dont care about customer), food is expensive then quality.:) dissapointed, I wont go anymore and dont recommend

Have been here a lot got a biscotti which was tough as old boots I was told they are vaccume sealed no offer of replacement she may as well have said stuff off they have lost a regular customer

Not my first time visiting Milk and Honey. Always good service and a fantastic breakfast. Managed to get in early enough to beat the rush.

Lovely atmosphere and decor so it should have been a great experience, but the food was disappointing. It looked okay but was flavourless and oversweetened. Pretending to be something it isn't.

Fodd was fresh and tasty. Service professional and friendly. Great view, fantastic atmosphere. Definitely going back there again

Ordered a Ice Chocolate, would be the worst one I have ever encountered, if I wanted primo chocolate drink with a few ice cubes thrown in I would of gone to the supermarket, and very over priced for a sloppy drink, and a napkin should of come with it so all the drips of water doesn't drop all over your lap, I went to Milk & Honey about 6years ago, received really bad service with under cook food, when asked how our food was, I said what was wrong, and such a huge ordeal was made in front of other customers to turn it around on us to make us look like fools, we were absolutely disgusted, never been back, until the other day when a small meeting was being held at Milk & Honey, I thought oh no, but I said to myself no it will be fine surely it might of changed? Well, no it hasn't, very disappointed.

We had breakfast here on Boxing day and it was very busy. Despite this the service was really good and the meal came out in good time. We had asked for our coffees to be served with the meal and although the waitress indicated that she couldn't promise this due to the volumes, they came out almost at the same time. Meal was good.

Nice service, accommodating and friendly. Informative knowledge about the dishes which added value to our experience. The honesty about the the dish sizes went a long way with our small group. Complemented with the excellent cooking and flavours made this a 'must do it again' night out! Thank you! Apologies for the lack of photos. There was nothing left on any of the plates:)

One of our favourite places to stop for a coffee. We have a dog with us and they cater with water for the dog. Nice outdoor seating, views of the sea. Meals available but don't normally stop that long. Open early, we have been there just after 8am and are open later so can call in for a late coffee. Great service.

Cosistently great food & the best coffee! Espe ially love the Orange Almond & Poppyseed cakes! Yum!

Great service loved the mushrooms relaxing atmosphere. Across the street from the beach. Scrambled eggs average as. No sign of ham.

This little restaurant/Cafe is brilliant. The service is wonderful, but above all, they have excellent food. We came here for breakfast both mornings we were in Napier - not one regret. Some of the best waffles, and there speciality bacon is worth a try if you like a little spice. 10/10 would recommend for breakfast/brunch.

Terrible situation, staff DO NOT make eye contact with you, they DO NOT approach you to take an order, or even ask how your day is. Unfortunately this restaurant expect you to do the queue at the counter vulgar syndrome, for its abilities and it's taste, its shocking, as this gives customer's no choice, it's always good as a human to have a choice. The most basic of customer service ingredients is choices, and a smile. And you will get neither here.

Visited for dinner, food was okay, service was less so. Found one of the waitresses were not particularly attentive and didn't fully listen to orders before rushing off. Ended up getting the wrong plate of Korean fried chicken instead of Korean pork, both very different dishes aside from the first word.

Lovely spot. I appreciated water refilling, there will be no thirsty boys at that establishment

Great place with friendly helpful staff, lots of seating inside and outdoors, great location with plenty of car parking nearby. Free water available for thirsty and hot days. Plenty of food and drinks, hot and cold, available. Dog water bowl available too.

Very nice Ceviche, unfortunately we ordered coffee that came as you can see on the photo, the flavour was bitter and burn.we also ordered a bowl of fries and never came. Is a shame this and the poor service.because the place and the main dishes are really good.
