Phone was dead I was put into water. They guys fixed it with very cheap and instant service.

Do not go here. Apparently they repair iPhones but I’ve never seen a worse job. Tried to get a 12 pro max display repaired (which they say they can repair but clearly can’t), when we got it back the screen had no adhesive holding it in so it was falling out of the phone (which they said is fine…), the screen was a cheap off brand one and so iOS was giving constant warnings (which is also why they didn’t have the proper adhesive) ; there was no True Tone and it looked terrible and they clearly hadn’t calibrated the new display. The worse thing is that they charged more than it would have been for apple to fix it officially. They are preying on less knowledgeable users. They also broke the faceID sensor in the screen repair process (common issue with inexperienced repairs on this model), which was working fine when we brought it in. After taking it back they sent it away somewhere for another week and said it would be fixed but when it came back it was exactly the same except now the screen looks like it was forced in when there’s clearly something in the way behind it, making it stick out at the camera up top. None of the other issues (that they caused) were fixed. The front camera now looks like it’s from 2010, the display is terrible and bleeds light, Face ID is broken, there’s no way it’s water resistant now and they still had the audacity to refuse a refund and insisted that their labour be paid regardless.
Your labour is worth exactly $0 when you clearly have no idea how to repair the device! Don’t lie and say you can repair a device when you intend to just “give it a go” and hope you can get the broken part “working” (terribly) when in reality you’re breaking more than you’re fixing.
No pride in their work and an absolute botch job.

Do not go here. They are a rinky-dink repair shop with no standards but still like to charge more than full price. Then when you call them out on it, they block your number and make it as hard as possible to get the service that you already paid for. Would give -5 stars if I could.

They said they could fix my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The glass screen that’s ‘new’ bulges and I can press down on it, I can fit my nail under and they think they’ve done their job and Face ID doesn’t work. When I asked for a refund they keep saying they’ll only refund the amount minus labour and parts cost, yet they want me to send the phone back for a 3rd time to take their parts back.

Come into store as I jus brought some new bose earbuds one wasn't working I was spewing took them into smart mobile hastings an they where able to get them going free of charge

Excellent and fast service, within 3 hours! The best price in Hawkes Bay (for my Huawei screen repair) had the screen in stock. Made sure the right size screen protector was fitted (unlike a previous repair elsewhere which was the cause of the screen breaking again) and made sure the new case had an overlap higher than the screen. Definitely phone these guys for a quote!

I exchanged the battery of my iPhone today and was surprised to see this! They didn’t use the recommended adhesive stripes which they should of, so I had trouble to get my battery out.
Quality of the battery wasn’t great either.
I already let them change it twice, because after 4 weeks the capacity was 85 and didn’t last a day.
Don’t go there to get a new battery, do it yourself.

This place is just absolutely spectacular phone was run over and we took it here was fixed the same day for very cheap

Great service! Patient, professional and efficient. Needed a cracked screen fixed and glass screen protector and it was done with in a few hours. Not too pricey and very convenient that Afterpay is an option here.
