Thai Lotus Restaurant

We had a home delivery of an amazingly delicious meal. It arrived piping hot, on time and we felt it was great value for money. Will definitely do that again

Excellent service with great selection of Thai meals.this is a restaurant I just cant get enough of.very fast turn around time from time of ordering to time of meal on the table.plus they do phone in take away meals.smiles all round

Main was divine as usual. Mixed entree portions were very small. Lighting on a dimmer switch plus the electric fire going would of been a little extra touch on ambience. One of our favorite places to dine. Excellent service as always. Thank you.

Food was absolutely amazing, unfortunately this was let down by a very unfriendly waitress from the minute we entered till even paying the bill at the end, not a smile or anything.

Absolutely delicious meal. We shared a variety of entrees and mains and all were superb. And the service was spectacular! I hope to visit again sometime soon.

Meats are processed food lines, nothing roasted tasted real meat, Chicken, Duck, Pork, Beef. Not going back, they must be getting a lot of complaints as no-one came and asked if the food was good

Shall I tell you what I think? Thai Lotus is a puzzlement fit for the King, you and I. Something wonderful, a Happy Land not that far far away. Yul be contented, happy as Siam whistling a happy tune.

Absolutely terrible! 3 out of 5 main courses were either incorrect or so overcooked they were inedible, I managed to get both! The waitress was entirely unhelpful and the manager refused to acknowledge the mistakes made by the waitress although I should say that she did take 2 of the main courses off the bill. To add insult to injury, after we had explained the situation to the manager at the end of the meal, we did not see anyone after the meal was served, the full plates were left for over 10 minutes and no one came back to see if we wanted anything else to drink or have dessert. All round a disappointing experience.

I was visiting from Melbourne Australia and eat out a lot there. Great meal and service. You are on my top ten list.

Got takeout two weeks ago. Pad Thai very gluggy. Not enough sauce. The curry was ok but I think the veges were out of a froz vege packet not tasty at all. I was surprised as I expected the food to live up to the reviews. Maybe an off night? Friendly service however.

Lovely service, generous servings and fine if you are not too fussy. But it's not authentic Thai. The sauces are sweet and similar across all the dishes. My green curry was creamy sweet coconut without a hint of the wonderful green herbs that make a green curry. Also MSG?

Amazing authentic food, full of flavour. Great portions. After coming back from Thailand I'm glad my local still tastes great!

The food is so sweet! Does the chefs only use sugar for cooking!? Tumyum is not enough sour and spicy.not much herds flavor in the soup.all the dishes only taste sweet nothing else.so disappoint dinner.the food not deserve the price what it is.only the front staff service is good.

My first visit left me disappointed. The large group arrived promptly for the 6pm booking. Meals slowly started coming out at 8pm. The dishes that myself and husband ordered were OK. Lovely staff were helpful and friendly.

Great Thai menu. Family owned and operated. Thai ambience. Wheel chair friendly. Street parking only. Excellent customer service.
