Angel Louise Cafe reviews
63Love going here, great wee cafe in Raetihi. The pasties that we had for lunch were really nice. Always good customer service. Just want to say though that a chai latte is a tea and not a coffee, so would never want coffee with it. The usual question is sweet or spicy? But hey, why not mix it up a bit lol that kinda caught me off guard a bit lol. It's ok though, you guys are really good
Passing through Raetihi we stopped for lunch. What a find this place is. Fantastic homemade food. We all had something different & all were happy with our choices. The words oh yum was said many times. We highly recommend Angel Louise Cafe
Really cool place - highly recommend a visit if you're in Raetihi. The staff are friendly, and there's plenty of variety of great food on the menu, comfy booths and couches to sit on, an open fireplace, and a beautiful garden out the back.
Oops first review was for another cafe so I've edited this.
We would have eaten here except we arrived a few minutes before closing time.
We will come back another time.
Great cakes and slices is all I can comment on here.so going by that would not be surprised bout the meals being of high quality.definitely going back to try
First visited a few years ago en route to Wanganui River, when they cooked large breakfasts for a large group. We now make a small diversion on the way to/from Ohakune. Great food, good coffee, outside tables in sun or shade, excellent service. Definitely worth adding a couple of km to your trip.
An Oasis in the middle of the island. Nice food. Pleasant staff. Beautiful hand made poppies to buy
Staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a good range of food. Tried something different with venison, kumera and watercress pastie and it was very nice. Coffee was great too
The best restaurant, coffee shop in the central plateau
Great food and service
Inexpensive
Helpful staffed and wonderful owners
Definitely recommend breakfast
Went here last year then stopped this year on my way to and from Whanganui. Food and coffee was just as good as last time and good value for money. Will be back again next time I'm down that way
These guys honestly have bomb iced coffees and very filling food. The atmosphere of the place is like urban, magical and warmth. Great place to be cozy and catch up with friends.
Fantastic service and really yummy food! This is a regular stop on my way from Whanganui to the Waikato and back.
Nice little café. Probably one of the only ones in raetihi to be fair. Reasonable prices and food was good.there is a seating area out the back of it, and good wheelchair accessible areas also. It has the neatest floating in the air tap I have ever seen (so just want one). But if you are passing through the little town of raetihi call in for a coffee.it's on the main street on the left.
Stopped for lunch after visiting the Dinosaur Museum, had a very tasty sausage roll. Nice friendly staff.

Lovely staff and great food at a reasonable price. The Lunch stack was really tasty and cooked perfectly.
22 of us arrived unannounced for lunch.
Staff swung into action served great food and coffee with minimum of fuss. Certainly recommend.
It was getting to the end of the Cafe day.
The chef was still able to cook some things for us. Sorry we ate the food before taking photos. Our food was so delicious and fresh.
Lots of homemade relish, jams, lemon curd my favorite to buy.
Lovely staff made our day. Recommended places to visit while around Raetihi. Beautiful old fashioned buildings.
Had lunch there on the way up from Whanganui. Nice and cozy place with welcoming vibe from the stuff.
