Went for lunch with family, longest wait for food and last item to arrive 5 minutes after cooked food was a cabinet pie. Guy delivering food rolled his eyes at us because he got pancake orders back to front like it was our fault. I got ceaser salad with chicken as extra option. The salad was so bitter with large hard spines still in. Poached egg was hard boiled, the chicken and bacon were still whole and made it hard to cut up on top of salad and the tuff chicken didn't help. For $28 worst I've had and I've had a few. Didn't like seeing the guy rushing round with food orders with sweat dripping of his face, you would hope none fell into food. Best part of the meal was the beer. On a good note great decor

The food is probable the best in nelson. Music terrible and too load
Staff friendly and efficient.

Always our favourite go to for brunch, so many yummy options and our chosen meal did not disappoint. Friendly efficient service even though they had a notice saying short staffed.

Love a good big breakfast:) The toasted sourdough was not toasted though, but still very delicious

Wow what a great place, ended up going a couple times for breakfast while in Nelson. Highly recommended

We had the nicest gift from our son Kyall who took us to lunch today at Lambretta's Thank you.
The staff are very friendly and service was great. Thank you Warren (the Chef) for cooking the awesome meal. Kyall and Roy enjoyed the steak sandwich and I had the mushrooms just delicious.
A glass of pinot and dessert of cheesecake and lemon cake finished off the lunch

Had breakfast here, eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was a bit bland but apart from that what a great place coffee was great staff are amazing love going to this Cafe.

One of the friendliest staff we had met in nelson. The service is top notch. They have one of the best pies and coffee in nelson.the chicken and leek pie is simply delicious. We were visiting nelson for 2 days and this cafe was our favourite go to place. The food, the atmosphere and the friendly staff all make this cafe worth visiting again and again. Will definitely come back.

Nice friendly staff and nice clean establishment. They were able to make me a vegan big breakfast which was very good, full tummys all around!

Have alot of memories coming here from being a child. The seafood chowder is absolutely to die for! The ambience is great too, friendly staff as well.

Fresh tasty food and drinks sitting in sun outside in central Nelson. Loved all the decor.reminded me of my 18y old self and my Vespa. Friendly chatty staff. Clean loos and lotsa of room inside as well as outside. Extensive menu to please any palate. This cafe set in an attractive street with old buildings and hanging plants a pleasure to the eye. Delicious lemon tart vanilla slice and chicken and brie pannie.

Great coffee and cabinet food. Super quick service and very kind staff. Was here with my nana and we both loved it!

Did kitchenhand trail there, promised a meal and drink at end. Never got it. Owner had arrogant attitude.

The staff are what make this place amazing. A nice central location to have a meal or just a drink.

I used to love this place but since the place was redecorated I’ve not enjoyed the ambiance as much. Always a good spot to catch the sun out front watch the world go by in central city. Food not always that great but it’s more the sunny location on a cool day it’s sheltered and catches sun

Although the food as alright it is far too expensive, they charged me $11 for a pie which i would happily pay if it was good but it aint, its average at best and frozen pie at paknsave at worst

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem. Eggs bene yummy, flat white yummy. Interesting and quirky decor.
