Briscoes Kerikeri reviews
32 Always love my visits to Briscoes, the teller was so enthusiastic and chatty.
I haven't been for about 2months so love the change in range and colors
Granddaughter needed an overnight bag, so we took advantage of long weekend specials. She got a good buy & I found a few items I needed too. Well worth a look
Was looking for an XL soup mug with fixable lid. And waddya know? They had one. And in fire engine red lol
A small store in a small town carrying a limited range but you can usually find something on special!
Pokey little place with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It is cluttered, untidy and poorly laid out.
I only go there if I cannot find what I need at Kaikohe Bunnings. The last time we visited, the automatic door was stuck and no-one available to help in the paint department.
Cannot recommend!
Not as good as they use to be. Can not get bright colour bath towels, some things are over priced unless you wait for a sale.
Clean enough store but it pays to check pricing as despite the ads they are far from the best buy, look about. Great stock, but check around
They have a great selection of kitchen supplies, but everything is very expensive even when it's on a huge special.
"Briscoes, you'll never buy more trash! "
Don't shop in their stores unless there is a sale on then the products may or maybe not worth the asking price ridiculous way to portray your goods.
Always get a friendly greeting at the door and the store is always clean, well stocked and set out so it's not cramped. Love the option of online shopping whilst in store too!
I have been a customer of Briscoes for many years, spending thousands. But now I have stopped walking into their shops. Their prices are marked-up to give you the impression of bargain buying when discounted, their guaranty periods are too short for durable goods to correspond with the NZ consumer protection laws. This results in ugly discussions and hassle with the management in case of product faults. Other shops, with a more customer friendly approach, are close by.
Clean enough store but it pays to check pricing as despite the ads they are far from the best buy, look about.
Always a bit messy (like all Briscoes) but worth the trip. Huge discounts at times, friendly staff and good for the things you need for reasonable prices.
Hubby dreads when I venture in here! I normally wait for specials and big sales, quite pricey but major brands can cost more for good long lasting quality products. Saved literally hundreds. Worth waiting for these big clean out specials and used online click and collect option so it wait ready and waiting for us. Simple, easy, no hassle.
Beautiful customer service with a smile and not a sigh, very busy today and I took a coffee machine back that was broken but still under warranty they replaced my machine in minutes and the lady was so nice. Thank you for great service.
Great place to shop. Always busy. Staff eager to help and willing to please customers. Enjoyed plsce to shop
We are very pleased with the purchases of cook and serve ware. Great sale prices for quality goods.
A bit disappointing at the state of the store. Compared to other stores in NZ, it seems a bit unkept and uncared for. Staff seem friendly and helpful though.
Disappointing. Staff appeared racist and suspicious because of my skin colour? And LITERALLY scanned the $100note in front of me I had given for my purchase.incase of counterfeit?
