Absolutely amazing place.by far the best Thai I have had.would recommend to anyone.food was amazing.service was amazing too.

Came here for dinner 4 days ago with a friend. The food was amazing and big portions. The service was outstanding by all 3 f.o. H that were working but especially the waiter that served our table. I was really happy with everything and will be back again

Having lived in Thailand 15 years and married to a Thai Chef, I cannot believe the amount of 5 star reviews. We ate here last night the place was quite full, it was cold as the back was open. The staff would not have a clue about Thai food, nor the people there thought, they looked like they had come from the retirement villages.
The food was tasteless, and I ended up sending it back. The 3 of us never finished a dish.
On top of that, when I sent the food back nobody came to ask why so I guess they are just used to this and will continue the charade of being a Thai restaurant

I know the restaurant was set up by a Thai and ran quite well a few years ago, then sold to the current European owners.
I think they need to invest in a good Chef, as I hear from other people that Chef's don't stay there long and the food wasn't good.

I was really impressed with our dining experience lastnight. We had a booking for 5 people and we all left very full and happy. The portion sizes were generous and the meals beautifully presented. There was something to suit all of is including dishes with no spice, right up to the currys which had great flavour and a nice little kick. The level of service matched the great food with both the young man who served us and the owner making it a lovely evening. We will be back!

Absolutely delicious. Consistently high quality food and service. A new tradition for us to accompany our friends here whenever we're up North. Such a treat and beautiful garden setting.

Food was delicious. Real Thai food. It Made me remember Phuket only it's in NZ.
Went for lamb shank & thai fried rice. It was Absolutely lovely meat off the bone & fried rice is light soya sauce. All thai foods got a kick to it but nothing overboard. There's chilli signs on how hot & spicy the dishes. But ask Mike. He has great information on the dishes. Great portion sizes & atmosphere is Great.well maintain & very clean. Staff & service is fantastic. Menu are well price. Best restaurant in kerikeri so far! Personally 10* for me

Awesome friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Prices reasonable, food is ok, drinks alright, kids friendly, lot of space, suits for larger groups, can be loud sometimes, overall recommend

Amazing from the minute we arrived.
Arrived with my wife and we had 4 other friends attending. It was last minute and we had no booking. They pushed some tables together and made it work even with the Covid restrictions. Was awesome.

We had some appetisers which were quick and fresh and then enjoyed our mains. 3 out of 6 of us had Salmon and it was delicious. Panang sauce was great and the coconut rice was heavenly. All the dishes were great

Our waiter was very professional and easy going. Oliver was his name and he was on to it and accommodating of any of our requests.

We even had dessert based on the service and the specials. Sticky date was great but needed more sticky sauce. Oliver abliged without a problem.

Will definetely be back. Great little gem in Waipapa.

Pad thai was quite oily and the veggies tasted frozen and watery. Not much flavour. Restaurant looked nice though.

A really unexpected find during a day trip to kerikeri. Lovely place and well worth the short detour to find it.

Unfortunately not up to their usual high standard.
My meal was delivered late, was cold and the waiting staff seamed confused as what the dish actually was.

Had a wonderful lunch at Chang Siam today. First visit under new owner and was not disappointed.
Highly impressed with the food. Hot, fresh, authentic and good portion sizes. Even though it was reasonably busy, the wait time for our entrees and mains was minimal.
Special mention to the staff. The service was impeccable. The space is clean, bright and nicely set out.
Really impressed and will be back.

Takeaway. Really REALLY good. I've been to Thai restaurants in Christchurch, Tauranga, Hamilton and Whangarei and this is the best yet for TASTE, QUALITY and VALUE. I like the size of the meals most. The more the better! I willl be eating from here again!

The foods are very delicious, highly recommended to trythe best. Very friendly staff, neat, clean, good views. And love to comeback here again ️
