Marina Cafe Opua

Best breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Parking can be difficult as they are in the marina next to Burnsco so when it's busy less parking available. Definitely have their rosti - it's why we go there every week.

Quite expensive for what it is. $28 for eggs Benedict is way over the top, and the chips don't come with sauce, that's an extra $1.50.

A beautiful lunch of John Dori, fries and salad. Everything was first rate and the staff wonderful and friendly. Sat outside with a lovely view of the Harbour.

Purchased a cold meat pie.for $12.00. Broke it in half to share with a friend. One half was empty.

Went to the Opua General Store and bought a piping hot meat pie for $4.00.

Will never return to the cafe again. Beyond extortionate

We grabbed a quick beer and bar snacks just before New Years. Staff were very warm and welcoming. We are regular visitors to Opua and we will be back.

Friendly service but menu was much better a year or so back. Very little in the less than $10.range.

We came here on a public holiday quite late for lunch. The food was good (especially for those who like mussel pie), the service was friendly and warm and the coffee was excellent. Only sorry we couldn't stay for the live music after 4pm.

Great view and food. We ordered scrambled eggs on sourdough and french toast. Both were excellent, best scrambled eggs I’ve had. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Excellent service. Overpriced; because of no competition? Our friend had a bad reaction to the mushroom gravy/sauce on her breakfast.
We will have our food in Kawakawa next time

Had the BLT with fries for lunch. Was definitely worth the money and didn't take very long to come out either. Wait staff were nice and there was a decent amount of seating and shade.
