The guy spent more time tryna up sell me than fix my phone
went in for a port repair now my phone doesn't even charge wireless and there is zero connection when I plug it in normally a waste of time and money. Won't be back.

Great service. Went in for a screen protector and well looked after. The protector was installed all for one price.

Gave them my phone with sensitive datas more then 2 months ago. Didnt hear back from them, he does not answer the phone! Took 350$ of me and keeps my phone. Big scam! Also lied to me he did send my phone to the "head office" in napier, they never recieved a phone. Where is my phone?
Update: a super friendly Lady could hand me my phone back after months of calling them, walking multiple time in the store. Great that the screen is replaced but the phone doesnt work at all anymore! Stay away from that shop.

Bad news. Charged me $120 for repairs that never fixed my tablet. Would not give me my money back, Suggest try somewhere else that may be more honest

Tried calling 5 times to tell them the earbuds they said will definitely work with my phone don't apparently they know how to fix a phone but don't know what to do when one is ringing.

Bought a USB-C cable from them for $35, Returned 2 minutes later to return as had found a cord.

Beware - This shop has new owners. Have been a repeat customer here for a couple of years. New owner/Worker is rude, more expensive, unprofessional. Was closed 3 times in the middle of the day when attempting to pickup my phone, no one answers the store phone number highly suggest trying an online repair service on trademe or use the other stores in Whangarei

Fixed my iPhone 8 screen for $100 was ready in a few hours. Happy with price and fast service will be back again.

Was told my Apple Watch screen could be repaired, the repair was literally 2 bits of tape holding the screen down (it’s so bad it’s laughable) and was charged, I could of taped it at home and saved $20

Please do not use this service. They are ripping you off. It was cheaper to courier my phone to auckland for repairs @ $390 as these guys charged double the price $700 to replace front and back glass and lcd when i called them. They even gave me a different price when I walked into the shop @ $500.
It's quite clear they just make up whatever price to reach their daily sales target

I used Mobile Hut when my Samsung Phone screen stopped working. They were able to analyze the issue, quote me for a repair job and said they could do the replacement of the screen in two hours. Which they did. There service was prompt, professional and pleasant. I was satisficed with the outcome. The price was competitive for a replacement screen fitted.
