Awesome guys. RV helped me. My phone wasn't charging. Quoted me to replace the charging port, and he would have it done the same day, which I thought was great! But Told me he would keep my phone for 20 min And see if he could fix it.
Came back and he had fixed my phone.
While I was there they had the perfect case for my phone, which has been unavailable at every other store that I've been!

Excellent service and advice from the team at Mobile Hut Whangarei. I explained the issues we were having and RV was more than happy to investigate and take the time to check it out. Had the power button broken on my Huawei, and this business fixed it on the same day - after another mobile repair shop told me it can't be fixed due to the model of phone. Very reasonably priced and absolute life savers - I was not ready to have to buy another phone, so I'm very happy!

Superb service I thought I would have to buy a new phone. RV suggested to fix my phone and save my another $200. Very honest and highly recommended.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would! I took my crashed iphone in to try and retrieve data from it. I explicitly told them not restore my phone to its factory settings as the data was more important to me then the value of the phone. Instead of retrieving the data they erased 5 years of family photos and important work info. To cap things off instead of admitting that they had made a mistake they tried to make up a stupid excuse to why all my data was erased!

RV was brilliant and spent hours on a really difficult technological problem and worked around a fix and was not even willing to charge, recommend!

Wanted an $8 part got quoted $99 I would of paid $20 for the part and come back with more business. Not very good service at all.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!
My iPhone screen broke and I got them to replace the front screen. It took two weeks AND the guy who’d originally quoted it, came up with all these different excuses as to why I needed to pay more!
They had told me that for $650 they would replace the the front and back (glass) of my iPhone 8plus.
The day I went to pick up my phone he hadn’t even replaced the back, AND I couldn’t even use my front camera. I took it back to get the front screen re-done so I could still use my front camera.
NOW I WASN’T GOING YO WRITE A REVIEW, because this was a few months back. BUT I recently dropped my phone and when to have the screen replaced here in Australia. And they had told me that whoever had fixed it previously had taken original parts out of my phone (WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY).
These people are money hungry scammers who steal their customers phone parts!
