Noel Leeming Kaitaia

Sad experience ive just had, don't buy a phone from this business as their extra insurance means zero, all their TOS small-print needs reading. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic, I went to the store, staff doesn't care at all, it looks like there is no manager on site but it a joke.

I over heard a staff member being very rude to an elderly gentleman who just wanted help with his phone he purchased from them and she refused.

Made an enquiry on the possibilty of ordering a camera accessory. Was told by the woman at the counter that it was a public holiday and she couldn't check to see it's availability (which was fine and we understood) but then ignored us and carried on doing whatever she was doing. Little tip, take customers details and offer to enquire at your wholesalers the next working day. We ended up going elsewhere that were more helpful.

Terrible time trying to call using the 0800 number. I typically wait ten minutes or so then hang up. Will have to drive into Kaitaia to visit store at some stage.

This has to be the worst shop I I have ever had to deal with. I have spent a lot of money there and there customer service is zero. Shame on you you service a big area. Its not a good look when customers are paying for thing that you don't even have in stock.

They couldn't supply what I needed even tho they advertise the product. Real friendly service tho

The service here has deteriorated over the years sad to say, so I am changing my review to Very unhappy customer: -

Got a screen protector that was faulty.that's ok.but staff removed screen protector with out any other option. Couldn't leave it on until I sourced another.nope.

Nasty little woman there who is apparently responsible for maintenance repairs on returned items, should get some training on dealing with the general public. YOU DO NOT INTERJECT on a conversation another staff member is having with a customer with the line - YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $125 BOND. Didn't intro herself, or her role, no explanation given, just that stupid line rolled out to me.

Just want to send a massive thanks to the staff at Noel Leeming Kaitaia, was visiting the beautiful far north for a wedding and had stupidly forgotten the charger for my Nikon DSLR. I went into the store to see if u could buy a new charger but they had sold out, thankfully they had one out the back for staff and allowed me to leave it with them for an hour to recharge while i rushed around getting resdy for the wedding. What lifesavers! Thanks to them i managed to catch some beautiful moments with my family and also lasted for my trip up to cape reinga.

Staff in this place are excellent. They seem to have a problem with their ordering/computer system however. My new phone sat there for a couple of days without notification it had arrived! But overall a very good store!

Great visit, knew what I wanted walked in asked for it and was taken straight to the item. Then what I needed to go with it, was automatically placed on the counter. Great service. Would recommend

I revisited Noel Leemings recently again to purchase and update a mobile.

I found the help given me on the new phone.features expectations and setbacks were invaluable because a certain person there wanted to spend the time with me and help.

I would like to acknowledge TRACEY.maybe she's in administration and/or when Noel Leemings need floor assistance she's there also! I found that she was ready for any challenge that came her way. I was very lucky to have had her expertise, assistance and profound patience because I must admit I'm not the most easiest person to share today technology. She had my total quiet. An incredible person with a generous and vast knowledge of computer technology and easy to understand.

I myself am learning and with her help that day I walked away feeling confident at what she had shared AND confident that I had learnt a little bit more at becoming mobile wizard!

No charge. But a totally satsified customer who will be willing to come back again. $.

Went in today to purchase a mobile phone. Awesome friendly staff all seem happy in their work. Mere went out of her way to give fantastic service. Well done the whole team a credit to Noel Leeming.
