30Had an amazing customer experience, bought a new phone. I was served by an Indian guy he was so patient in explaining me differences among different phones. Very knowledgeable staff, highly recommend noel perming to every one. The store looks nice and tidy every time can see some excellent management
Nasty little woman there who is apparently responsible for maintenance repairs on returned items, should get some training on dealing with the general public. YOU DO NOT INTERJECT on a conversation another staff member is having with a customer with the line - YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $125 BOND. Didn't intro herself, or her role, no explanation given, just that stupid line rolled out to me.
Just want to send a massive thanks to the staff at Noel Leeming Kaitaia, was visiting the beautiful far north for a wedding and had stupidly forgotten the charger for my Nikon DSLR. I went into the store to see if u could buy a new charger but they had sold out, thankfully they had one out the back for staff and allowed me to leave it with them for an hour to recharge while i rushed around getting resdy for the wedding. What lifesavers! Thanks to them i managed to catch some beautiful moments with my family and also lasted for my trip up to cape reinga.
Very helpful but didn't solve problem. Spent the time to try for 2 hours. That's dedication to problem solving.
Had amazing service and willingness to let us know what we were getting and the best products to purchase. Informative about insurance cover on our new phone. We got the free 32 inch redeemed off our purchase. Happy as. Thank you Noel Leeming Kaitaia.
If there were 10 stars here I would click on ten) I have been to the Kaitaia store a few times over the past year and every time the service has been excellent and has remained excellent throughout the year). Always excellent service. Very knowledgeable and supportive. As i have mislaid my teacher discount card they always remember to offer the discount.
Terrible time trying to call using the 0800 number. I typically wait ten minutes or so then hang up. Will have to drive into Kaitaia to visit store at some stage.
This has to be the worst shop I I have ever had to deal with. I have spent a lot of money there and there customer service is zero. Shame on you you service a big area. Its not a good look when customers are paying for thing that you don't even have in stock.
Great little Noel Leeming store. Carry a good range of products and happy to order in whatever they don't have.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful in the carpark and access is very easy.
