Sad experience ive just had, don't buy a phone from this business as their extra insurance means zero, all their TOS small-print needs reading. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic, I went to the store, staff doesn't care at all, it looks like there is no manager on site but it a joke.

Staff in this place are excellent. They seem to have a problem with their ordering/computer system however. My new phone sat there for a couple of days without notification it had arrived! But overall a very good store!

They couldn't supply what I needed even tho they advertise the product. Real friendly service tho

Great visit, knew what I wanted walked in asked for it and was taken straight to the item. Then what I needed to go with it, was automatically placed on the counter. Great service. Would recommend

I revisited Noel Leemings recently again to purchase and update a mobile.

I found the help given me on the new phone.features expectations and setbacks were invaluable because a certain person there wanted to spend the time with me and help.

I would like to acknowledge TRACEY.maybe she's in administration and/or when Noel Leemings need floor assistance she's there also! I found that she was ready for any challenge that came her way. I was very lucky to have had her expertise, assistance and profound patience because I must admit I'm not the most easiest person to share today technology. She had my total quiet. An incredible person with a generous and vast knowledge of computer technology and easy to understand.

I myself am learning and with her help that day I walked away feeling confident at what she had shared AND confident that I had learnt a little bit more at becoming mobile wizard!

No charge. But a totally satsified customer who will be willing to come back again. $.

I over heard a staff member being very rude to an elderly gentleman who just wanted help with his phone he purchased from them and she refused.

Made an enquiry on the possibilty of ordering a camera accessory. Was told by the woman at the counter that it was a public holiday and she couldn't check to see it's availability (which was fine and we understood) but then ignored us and carried on doing whatever she was doing. Little tip, take customers details and offer to enquire at your wholesalers the next working day. We ended up going elsewhere that were more helpful.

Got a screen protector that was faulty.that's ok.but staff removed screen protector with out any other option. Couldn't leave it on until I sourced another.nope.

Professional advice spared me literally hundreds of dollars. May not be so great for that days sales but in the long run they gained an appreciative repeat customer who rates this store highly. I think that counts for a lot. So, well done Noel Leeming, for hiring such an astute team member.
