No phone service for Noel leeming Waipapa?
Have tried calling over 3 hours.
Poor service

Rude staff. Tried to save time, shipping and support local by buying a tv here instead of online at market. They offer 5% off on market but told me I’d have to order online as their price promise doesn’t include online only. The guy even got the manager over to confirm. What on earth - just really a big box retailer trying to scam people who don’t use online ….

I have spent 1000, s of $ at your shops within nz, today the second time in this lockdown.i feel i have been treated like a 3rd class citizen.i will never ever buy anything from your shops again, you are a bloody joke the way your staff carry on, you seem to hav e different rules than any other retailer in this town.you can buy booze witj no problem you can buy food no problem.but you cant help a customer woith a sim card affter he has just bought a new phone on click and collect.totaly dissapointed with this company.just for the record i had dealings with your founder over 40 years ago.yea he was a n ice guy roger butnager

Everytime I go into store I never get acknowledged and have to find what I want myself. Brought a mouse on Special from $35 down to $30 then went to the warehouse and saw the exact same mouse for $25 everyday price. Noel leeming and Warehouse are owned by the same company delivering the worst service and misleading products. The mouse model was M171. Cheaper everyday price at Warehouse than the Noel Leeming price on special. Please Noel Leeming does any one really care there anymore?

Visited store today to purchase a soundbar. I had the most rudest customer service from Bowen Van Beine. Appalling rude unhelpful and so disinterested to help. Fortunately I went online and achieved the fantastic results I wanted. In these times I would think you would think yourself lucky to have any job because you shouldn't be in the one you have.

Ok so I bought a fridge from here a couple of years ago. Anyways I wasn't happy in the end because it lasted 6 months. Actual use. Then the warrently ran out. Thousand dollar fridge needs a longer warrently jus my personal opinion

I have nothing to say about staff, they are all great, friendly and helpful. But I have NEVER have a successful purchase from any noel leeming store. ALL products had some kind of problem, or came broken, or something. JUST TERRIBLE. Be prepared to have some headache when buying from them.

Sadly we do not shop here any more after too many bad experiences. At least three experiences of misleading trading. This seems to be common practice at this store.

Came in for a Vodafone TV which was in stock. Got billed for the Vodafone TV plus 3 years insurance. I wasn't asked if I wanted the insurance, I was just billed for it and only discovered it when I saw my e- receipt at home. Over charged by $29.99

No one around to help me, eventually found vac bags myself then none at counter to serve me, indian car eventually came appeared bored with my purchase no eye contact or conversation.pretty stink really!

I bought a power pack from Noel leeming last week, dissapointed that I was not told that it needed a special charger so have had to improvise with what I have available at home, not the first time this has happened! Bought a new phone some time back asked at the time if the charging chords were ok as I was aware the Samsung had changed the sizeing, was told yes all ok, it was not. Have been a regular customer for many years now and have alway had exellent service. Just think staff need to be trained better to advise what is needed especially within the technology area, we are not all computor savvy. I am 80 years old and actually love your shop.

Went in to look at gas ovens, very limited numbet on display and very pricey so left and went next door.

Great service.that only when they see you standing there for 10 min, mind you they're busy outlet, could do with more staff. They ran out of stock of most TV's but the sales person appeared to know his product. Discounts weren't that great, $50 off a TV that cost over 2.5k.

This store only had one brand of security camera and very pricey. Found one 1/5 the price at Folders in Kaitaia

Bit of a hit n miss.probs visit 6mobth intervals up Waipapa.staff sometimes helpful in than again.seems to be different staff here quite regularly

Awesome love the tech it's always good to see it in person and able to talk to the workers if you need any help

They price match. They take my ASB True Reward dollars. They have stuff in stock or get it fast. The salespeople are helpful. They get most of my electronics and appliances business.

Customer service is good. If.tou tell them you're just looking they're happy to leave you to it.

Really helpful staff who assisted with my new phone purchase. Pretty much knew what I wanted and they helped find the accessories to suit
