Visited store today to purchase a soundbar. I had the most rudest customer service from Bowen Van Beine. Appalling rude unhelpful and so disinterested to help. Fortunately I went online and achieved the fantastic results I wanted. In these times I would think you would think yourself lucky to have any job because you shouldn't be in the one you have.

I found that the man that served me was great he was patient and served me with expertise and didnt mind me asking a lot of questions

Ok so I bought a fridge from here a couple of years ago. Anyways I wasn't happy in the end because it lasted 6 months. Actual use. Then the warrently ran out. Thousand dollar fridge needs a longer warrently jus my personal opinion

Came in for a Vodafone TV which was in stock. Got billed for the Vodafone TV plus 3 years insurance. I wasn't asked if I wanted the insurance, I was just billed for it and only discovered it when I saw my e- receipt at home. Over charged by $29.99

No one around to help me, eventually found vac bags myself then none at counter to serve me, indian car eventually came appeared bored with my purchase no eye contact or conversation.pretty stink really!

Didn't have what I wanted but found out where stock was and ordered it to be delivered straight to my home.

Great service.that only when they see you standing there for 10 min, mind you they're busy outlet, could do with more staff. They ran out of stock of most TV's but the sales person appeared to know his product. Discounts weren't that great, $50 off a TV that cost over 2.5k.

Helpful staff and were willing to hold on to the fridge we bought for a week until we had space for it.

I have nothing to say about staff, they are all great, friendly and helpful. But I have NEVER have a successful purchase from any noel leeming store. ALL products had some kind of problem, or came broken, or something. JUST TERRIBLE. Be prepared to have some headache when buying from them.

This store only had one brand of security camera and very pricey. Found one 1/5 the price at Folders in Kaitaia

A letter to the Manager. I am a 59 year old Maori woman who wears a ta moko on my chin. I visited your store just before Xmas and went to the counter to ask for microsoft. A nice elderly lady wearing glasses served me. I pulled out my lap top and kindly asked if she could help load it on my lappy. She replied no I am sorry I dont no how but I will ask the boys. She went to talk with a tall stocky young man. I noticed a young lady blondy haired maybe in her 20's standing behind the counter so I asked her. She said you must follow the instructions. I replied would you be able to show me please this is way beyond me pointing to the intructions. She said if I had time I probably could but I cant. Continued to stand there. I understood but was disapointed. I turned to walk away and the tall stocky gentalman walked over took a look and said I am very sorry but I dont no either but summond a younger man.
This young man said of course but it is going to take awhile and away he went with my lap top. While waiting for things to happen on it he looked around checking to see if he was needed by other customers. Turned and continued. Asking me to enter requests on my lappy. I noticed he always turned to check other customers. Then he said to me this now will take half an hour so if you have some shopping to do you can go and do it while waiting. I went off and he attended to my lappy and others. I returned and he then explained what he had done. The tall stocky man asked him if he was ok. He replied yes and I said to the tall stocky man that this young fellow had made my Xmas.
I want to say thankyou again to this young man and I wanted to say to the Manager that this man should me acknowledged. That was truely a gift of kindness and this man also respected the thought of others while attending to me. I cant remember his name.
Please thank him once again.

Well presented and friendly staff, more geared towards home appliances of which they have a great selection

Bit of a hit n miss.probs visit 6mobth intervals up Waipapa.staff sometimes helpful in than again.seems to be different staff here quite regularly
