No phone service for Noel leeming Waipapa?
Have tried calling over 3 hours.
Poor service

I bought a power pack from Noel leeming last week, dissapointed that I was not told that it needed a special charger so have had to improvise with what I have available at home, not the first time this has happened! Bought a new phone some time back asked at the time if the charging chords were ok as I was aware the Samsung had changed the sizeing, was told yes all ok, it was not. Have been a regular customer for many years now and have alway had exellent service. Just think staff need to be trained better to advise what is needed especially within the technology area, we are not all computor savvy. I am 80 years old and actually love your shop.

Went in to look at gas ovens, very limited numbet on display and very pricey so left and went next door.

I am highly impressed with the exceptional level of customer support provided by this store. One of the reasons I enjoy shopping locally is that they are always willing to assist you to the best of their abilities if there are any issues with the purchased items. Having such a remarkable store in Kerikeri is truly a blessing. Great people.

Very well handled advice and assistance with what to do about a recently out of warranty-period German made shaver, which I would have reasonably expected would have a much longer life expectancy.

I bought an Apple watch online with click and collect at Noel Leeming in Waipapa which is our nearest store. I was able to get a price match online and pick up Fly Buys as well so I was very happy with that. When I went to pick up, staff couldn't initially find the order as it was filed under the wrong details, however found it in the end and apologised for the wait. I see that NL also provide Sodastream gas refills so will return to use that service. Grateful to have a local store nearby in Northland to prevent having to go to Whangārei.

Rude staff. Tried to save time, shipping and support local by buying a tv here instead of online at market. They offer 5% off on market but told me I’d have to order online as their price promise doesn’t include online only. The guy even got the manager over to confirm. What on earth - just really a big box retailer trying to scam people who don’t use online ….

Excellent service by a very helpful and knowledgeable young man - Anton, I think? Would recommend this particular Noel Leeming Branch - way better service than the Kaitaia branch!

Great service. The shop is fully stocked. I took in an iPad that had stopped charging thinking I'd bought it from NL. The chap who helped me looked and searched every way you could think of to find the receipt.we do booked it in. Very informative and helpful. However as I driveway I remembered I bought it from spark! So noel leeming have kindly put it aside for me to pick up to take to the right shop. Really grateful for their patience and understanding.

Really helpful staff who assisted with my new phone purchase. Pretty much knew what I wanted and they helped find the accessories to suit

I have spent 1000, s of $ at your shops within nz, today the second time in this lockdown.i feel i have been treated like a 3rd class citizen.i will never ever buy anything from your shops again, you are a bloody joke the way your staff carry on, you seem to hav e different rules than any other retailer in this town.you can buy booze witj no problem you can buy food no problem.but you cant help a customer woith a sim card affter he has just bought a new phone on click and collect.totaly dissapointed with this company.just for the record i had dealings with your founder over 40 years ago.yea he was a n ice guy roger butnager

Everytime I go into store I never get acknowledged and have to find what I want myself. Brought a mouse on Special from $35 down to $30 then went to the warehouse and saw the exact same mouse for $25 everyday price. Noel leeming and Warehouse are owned by the same company delivering the worst service and misleading products. The mouse model was M171. Cheaper everyday price at Warehouse than the Noel Leeming price on special. Please Noel Leeming does any one really care there anymore?

Very bad staff management over covid 19. In kaitai. Went NL kerikeri and brought $400 stuff there. Staff really great.
