The Bach Cafe

Def 5*! Busy cafe but our breakfast (for 7 of us at 10.30am) was on the table within 10 mins. Massive portions and delicious! Coffee, iced coffee, milkshake all perfect.
And staff is also 11/10!

Beautiful little spot right along the beach,
Plenty of parking, absolutely delicious food, wonderful and charismatic staff, reasonably priced and awesome atmosphere.

Food was lovely and service was fast. However, I unfortunately won't be back again. We had to get our vaccine passes out in order to enter. Disappointing to see that this cafe is choosing to isolate certain members of society. Will no longer support a business that supports this segregation.

Service really good. Lovely setting. Lots of shady places to sit. Food delicious with fussy diets catered for. Coffee hot and creamy and large teapot with extra hot water. Sweet muffin delicious for morning tea. Stayed on for lunch so must be good!

Fabulous food. Great helpful staff. Manager, Grant, took the time to chat to his customers. Highly recommend to all. Dogs on leashes allowed too, outside in the sheltered Courtyard.

Great little cafe, super friendly staff, and the breads with melted camember cheese was obscenely good! Highly reccomended.

Disappointed in the big breakfast, didn't want the mushrooms or tomatoes so asked to leave them off and add an extra hashbrown but they wanted to charge me $5 more! Rude staff who had no idea about customer service. Corn fritters were obviously reheated and soggy and also burnt, should never have made it out of the kitchen.

Friendly efficient staff, most welcoming. Enjoyed a very nice sweet muffin served with a hot latte.

Terrible. Have been out twice and it’s been closed. Once turned up 20mins before close for milkshakes and told they are closed. I won’t be bothering to visit again. Waste of time.

If you want amazing food, with amazing service. This is the place. Can not fault anything. Creamy mushrooms are to die for.

Good place to go for food and a drink as it is right next to the beach. Very handy when you have been swimming and then get a bit hungry. Good food and good friendly service.

An excellent cafe in Ruakaka. The staff are super friendly and you are made to feel welcome. Great to stop in for a drink and curly fries on a Friday. (The best curly fries) Really enjoy it here.
