The room was beautiful clean great location so quiet. Great quality complimentary things eg. Shampoo conditioner body wash. Coffee. And tea.
Will stay here again. I suggest staying here

Very good place to stay with clean room, nice quiet enviroment.
I was expecting a parcel but it did not arrrive on time. Mel and Mark was very helpfull and kind enough to redirect my parcel to my next destination and pay for the express delivery charges without charging me. Really appreciate and a very big thank you to Mel and Mark. Will definitely stay at Arron Motel again on my next visit.

It’s OK for the small town of Te Anau.
Except the hair dryer is not hot
There is no air conditioning and the carpet is a bit dirty.
The shower head in the bathroom is fixed
Everything else is good

A little bit older in appearance but very tidy and clean. What the rooms lose out for in flashinesss is made up by the staff. The reception lady made us feel very welcome and even gave us a concise tour of things to do, places to see and where to eat. Service was fantastic.

I absolutely loved this place! I recommend it to everyone wishing to find a place in Te Anau.

The motel was good, it is in the last town on the road to Milford Sounds.
The Motel is close to the town lake.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean.
They are relatively more expensive than similar motels.
The town has everything you might need.

Great stay, room was large, clean and everything was in great condition. Heating system was perfect for colder days.
Staff were fantastic and helped with any issues, had great knowledge of Te Anau and nearby activities (including Milford sound of course!).

I stayed here 4-6 nights every month for 2yrs for work. Mark and Mel are wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. The units are clean, the beds are comfy and the shower pressure is great. I highly recommend this motel.

The perfect place to stay in Te Anau! We originally booked four nights, but added another.

The room was perfectly equipped and much more spacious than we expected. Super comfortable bed, nice pillows, plenty of convenient outlets (including on both sides of the bed), and the absolute best water pressure we've had in NZ - if it weren't for the drought, I might have just stood in the shower for hours.

The people running the motel are so lovely and kind, and went out of their way to make sure we could do laundry late one night, knew which attractions to visit, etc. We'll absolutely stay here again next time we're in Te Anau, and recommend it wholeheartedly!

We loved our four night stay at this motel. Very friendly and helpful manager. The units are older but spotlessly clean and there was no noise between the rooms (my pet hate). Would stay again next time we are in town.
