5 Very poor communication! Disappointed in the service my partner has received, waiting over a month for them to sort out his acc properly.
Still havnt done what was needed.
Long time to go without any income.
Finally, I have found the best Medical Centre in this town. Recently moved home from Nelson & having to find another GP was so daunting & where do you start it's a bit like finding a good hairdresser.
Eventually, I just went with my gut feeling & as soon as I walked in I knew I had my the right decision. Trisha greeted me like I was an old friend & her warmth & persona made my visit more comfortable because I remember thinking gosh if I get greeted by the receptionist in this manner what must the Dr be like & I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately for me, she left due to maternity leave so back to the drawing board for me & looking at each drs profile I couldn't decide who to pick. It reminded me of a lucky dip. Anywhoo, sure enough, I was booked in to see Jackie Walker & again my first visit I was not let down & it just kept getting better & better with each appointment. How lucky am I plus they took on my husband too. I can not forget Rachel, her phone mannerism was professional & understanding towards not only me but to others. I was a Pysiotherapy /medical receptionist for many years & I think they are underrated as we do put up a lot at the front desk dealing with difficult & demanding members of the public.
So, all I can say is CSMC do not change anything regarding your business as you all have found the perfect recipe in the Medical Profession.

The doctors are amazing, listen to everything you have to say just in case it’s relevant. Best doctor practice I have ever been too
Absolutely Brilliant to deal with! Right from the moment you walk in the door you will find a warm friendly atmosphere. The reception staff are helpful, friendly and accomodating. I've only recently moved to this practice but have seen two of their GP's in as many days. Both the GP's i've seen have greeted me in a friendly, caring manner and have been very professional and knowledgeable. They both solved my immediate issue during that visit without dragging it out into multiple visits. I Would highly recommend this Medical Centre!
