Booked in for family dinner waitress were nice friendly food was great a special mention to the nice young man working who made our night and gave us a great laugh.great personalities good to see young people being professional and still remaining them selves. Well done team we'll be back

Very well appointed and clean rooms. The Salmon Eggs Benny was a great dish from the breakfast menu.

Great place to stay. Nice clean motel. The young waitress is so pleasant, but the older girl wasn't very nice. Food Great.

Rooms and food are average to good really, nothing bad nothing special. But the Croydon just feels nice, like a home away from home. Can't explain why, perhaps it's the setting.

Stay here for work semi regular, lovely reception staff, the rooms that are across the carpark in my opinion are much better than the ones beside the reception. Mainly due to acces to the rooms and parking. Just my personal opinion and they are actually the cheaper rooms, but they have heat pump unit and the ‘superior’ rooms done. The restaurant dinner is great, thru recently changed the menu but honestly I never got sick of the pork bao entree, continental breakfast is lacking but sufficent.

Went with my wife, I ordered the crispy pork belly, when in come out it was like rubber so I sent it back, when it come back my wife was already half through her meal and 90% of it was still rubber so I told the waitress to take it back and she asked if I wanted it put back in the oven i told her no as my wife will be finished her meal by the time it gets back and it'll probably be still like rubber, terrible job by the chef, I Also ordered another drink that was forgotten about, when we paid the bill I told them about this they offer me 1 free drink but after the terrible experience there was no way we were hanging around there for a drink, date night ruined thanks

We booked a room and conference area here. Great customer service from start to end of the event. Very accommodating staff especially with sudden changes. Food was great, room was clean and tidy, facilities are up styled and clean.

The best place to stay in Gore. The recently renovated rooms are great, and the hotel has excellent bars and restaurants.

Staying for 13 nights, the room is a good size, bed comfortable. Service is good, and room attendants very helpful.
Good parking. Has restaurant if required.

Nice room and very friendly helpful staff. Previously the wifi wasnt great but now whatever issues they had have been resolved and acceptable wifi now. Excellent staff and service.

We were here in the conference room. This is a very pleasant place. The staff were awesome they went out of their way to please. Thank you for making an enjoyable evening better.

Went out for a meal with the family. What a wonderful experience, even with the covid level restrictions, didnt stop us from having a great night. Food was fantastic and staff were happy, cheerful and really on point. Highly recommend going here

Rooms nicely renovated, could do with alternative bedding as one duvet type is not right for everyone.chowder and Blue Cod was nice. Espresso coffee needs work, no crema.
