Really disappointed. Waited months and months. Lots of phone calls, where company repeatedly said that they were making it "today" every time I rung (when clearly they weren't). Then when we finally got the fireguard, we were so disappointed. We paid nearly $700. It didn't have a small opening door in the front panel, as we'd expected, but entire front opens up and destabilishes the whole guard and puts pressure on the wall. Stupid design. Cannot recommend this company
