The receptionist there are snooty and condescending, just talked right down there nose at me for wanting a re-prescription, full snarky attitudes from the lower tier of the business. Disgusting!

Had a pretty unprofessional experience, I asked for a refferal to mental health as I am a registered patient. Then I was told by a receptionist that my refferal had been declined, I made another refferal and when I went to see mental health they had NO RECORD of the previous referral, so it seems like Devon medical has been lying. My emails to them have been ignored so far, but I will get to the bottom of this.
