Juliana's Restaurant at Auto Lodge reviews
32Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Dishes were well presented and very tasty. We had the jaegerschnitzel and the pork belly. Both dishes were cooked to perfection.
Really good meal, entrees, main and dessert were of a high standard. One thing that stood out was the service of the staff they were friendly, efficient and very polite. Highly recommend
Another excellent meal at Julian's.
10 of us in our group, all loved their meals. Our hosts Charlotte was fantastic thank you. We will be back
Great food. Entrees to desserts you'd be trying hard to fault it. Drinks service was slow though. Had to wave down the waitress and then waited an age otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Absolutley wonderful restaurant located in Devon St East in New Plymouth. The food was delicious, moreish and the servings were large. The prices were very reasonable, far less than I would have expected for such a fine dining experience. The restaurant itself is elegant and the decor is very classy. However, the best thing about this restaurant was the service. Our waitress was brilliant, she was so freindly, helpful, polite, professional, attentive and interacted well with both my parents and my kids. Everything you could possibly want in a server. Bravo. We would definitely go again and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Part of a group so cannot rate the full service. Staff were excellent. Food exceeded our expectation level for a limited menu option.
Had my birthday dinner here tonight, an maturer lady served us and she was just outstanding so polite and helpful. Service makes a great difference when you are parting with ya $$$ food was awesome, good prices for upper market restaurant, and large, did not leave hungry definitely recommend
Just delicious, the meat was absolutely divine, perfectly done, I've been wanting to have a steak like this since arrived in NZ. The staff is super nice and the place is nice too. Totally fair prices.
The atmosphere was nice the entree’s were of a suitable standard if you don’t mind savaloys. The table was nice and the Christmas crackers added a nice touch as did the personalised menues. I had the ham and it was awful. I don’t know what they did to it but there was nothing honey glazed about it. All you could taste was SALT and it was served with apple sauce and as for the sticky date pudding. There was no sauce. It was served with custard and cream. Don’t think that I will be going back.
Loved it.wonderful people and though the rib eye steaks were more like rumps we loved it so much it didn’t really matter.
Service was great and food was great but the reception was not so great. She was scary. No smile just frowned.
This is a finer dining establishment with it's own accommodation units. For those who enjoy a more extravagant life style. Staff most helpfull across the board so any queries are looked after quickly & efficiently.
Yes there are a few quirks in their units like no grab rails in the shower area over a bath unit for access in & out of shower, Just a bit awkward for the older generation. Doing the dishes in the bathroom sink as there is no kitchenette sink. But hey who does their dishes while they are away.
