Always huge variety of items and good specials, found this time parking was impossible to get many times so left. Never appears to be enough staff on very slow to serve. Otherwise great store!

It's spotlight.staff aren't happy.you ask for help and they tell you where to find it. (pointing that area).

Spotlight is perfect for all of your projects and ideas. I recently acquired a sewing machine from them and it is hours of fun and, whenever I need materials or accessories for my project, the spotlight staff and always there to help. Great quality items too

Wide range of knitting wool but not a big selection of baby knitting patterns. Great service though.

Ordered a light that was out of stock, and the staff was very helpful and sufficient in ordering me another one at a even better price.

It holds A lot of arts and crafts, and household items, shop to find the prices as can be expensive

Good bargains good selection of fabric and handicraft materials and interior living stuff. The best in Taranaki, especially when a sale is on.

My neighbor offered to make some cushions for us to match our lounge suite we have just purchased. She told me the measurements for each cushion so I went down alone to spotlight to get the fabric. I told her the sizes my neighbor had relayed and reiterated the fact that I knew nothing about materials, sizes etc and that I was relying on her to sell me the correct amount of fabric to suit my needs. The lady at the counter who served me duly sold me the fabric. On arriving home and getting my neighbor to come over to check out the fabric we found that the fabrics were not able to be made into the correct sizes. She had sold me the wrong amount of materials. We could only get three instead of five cushions of a smaller size than what I had stipulated out of each piece of fabric. I was devastated. Get it right next time please spotlight!

Got good bargains in curtain material. And a sewing machine trolley. Staff friendly. Heaps of material and wool to choose from. Lots of stock and some good specials.

If you go in there feeling bored and frustrated you will find something to inspire you. They have excellent specials too if you've a tiny budget for creativity. The staff know their stuff!

Spotlight New Plymouth is a large store. It has many different products. Not only for adults but also children.

Great place for materials of all shapes and colors.everything you could think of for making costumes. Curtains.furniture coverings and many other things like buttons extra baubles and blings of all kinds.

Always get great customer service. Staffs knowledge base is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble

Very nice gentlemen served us but no one around to ask for help on the floor. He was busy serving only one around on the counter by the door

Generally has everything you need. Most staff are superb but on a rare occasion you get one that is just miserable.
