Was put off by bad reviews but we had a great meal, lentil tagliatelle was lovely and friendly staff

Nice pleasant restauraunt, helpfull staff, lovely hot meals, and the drinks are $2 cheaper than the Waterfront restauraunt, maybe because you aren't paying for the view

The staff was very rude, even with the dishes on the table I had to go to the counter to request cutlery, then I had to ask for water and the waitress only gave me 2 glasses of water (we were 4), there was not even salt and pepper in table.

The staff were really nice and the food tasted great! Had the steak and it was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of mint. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Took a chance despite other reviews. Had the pepperoni pizza. Arrived quick, hot and delicious! Staff were pleasant, and overall it was a good experience! Would come again!

After my wife found whole peanuts in the calamari salad the staff blatantly denied that they use peanuts at all. I have a serious allergy and there were no peanuts listed on any menu's.

Allergens NEED to be made known to customers for this very reason. Could've been a totally different situation if I had ordered the salad or even tried any of my wife's.

They did refund us, but in the end we walked out because the staff didn't seem to be taking us seriously.

We will not be returning.

Wonderful experience. Came in on a Sunday to find them breaking the law. Only serving one food item, no fried food, just pizzas. Staff members were pretty unhelpful. Asked for a raspberry coke after seeing one on my table that had sat there uncleared for around 40min, was told with an angry face that they don't do that here. Cool. Reaaaal cool.

Pizza had a lovely thin crispy base but came out with different toppings from what was on the menu, eg beetroot instead of olives which was not very nice. Service was not very friendly either. No smiles or friendly welcome at all.

Calamari Salad was raw yet burnt. Obviously not fresh. There for dinner and no one checked on us to see if we enjoyed the meal.

Worst food in Kaiteriteri, everything is reheated frozen produce. I'd rather pay the same money to a backpacker to cook me some noodles from his van at the beach. Better food and a better view.

Fish n chips were terrible. Burnt and dry fish from over cooking. Thank goodness chips were ok.
A month later we tried again, booked a Sunday special and arrived on time, but the manager can't find our booking, no seating except for a leaner, then he left nothing solved. Then a waiter tried to help but was told there's no more roast left only for the table of two who hadn't showed up. Half our later still nothing resolved. We left not happy with the handling of there mistaken booking. So no stars for you. And the table was still empty

Lovely log burner fire on a cold winter night. Meal was Beautiful lovely seafood chowder and the pizza one of the best. Service great too as was the Beer and Cider

Food was appoling! Salad greens were rotten. Tomatoes were flourey. Drenched in some supermarket brought aoli. Honestly I have never had a meal like that. Even served thinking that it's okay to make it worse waited 15 minutes for our beers and got the wrong ones. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately low stars as advertised open until 9pm as a restaurant but coming in at 8: 10pm we got told that food was no longer being served. Would understand if it was atleast 8: 30-8: 45.

Pizza, chips and drinks. Nothing fancy with the food but cooked well and flavoured. Reasonably priced, we went early and received our meal quickly. Relaxed atmosphere.

If you are after a giant processed fish finger opposed to a fresh crumbed fish fillet (as ordered), this is the place for you.

Shocking service and attitude from manager. There seemed to be no system in kitchen to cope with how busy it was. We were warned food would be 1 1/2 hours however two of the 4 meals came out just under this wait and 1/2 an hour before the other two. What really got us was lots of tables where people had ordered way after us got their meals a lot sooner. We would not recommend nor return. The chicken in the chicken burger not this picture was also very tough.

We were sat inside which was a bit tavern-ish for my liking. I think the outside tables looked much nicer. The medium-rare steak we ordered was surprisingly cooked exactly as we ordered and was quite tasty aside from a lot of gristly bits. The veges accompanying the steak were quite underdone which was alright for the zucchini and asparagus but not very pleasant for the beans and carrots as they were too crunchy to eat with a mouthful of steak. The real letdown on the steak meal was the “potato rosti” which was one of those frozen oven baked things from a packet. I would highly recommend changing it to mash or even chips as it has no flavour and tastes like sawdust. My partner got the the pork ribs which were tasty and came with wedges and coleslaw which were both alright but not impressive. We were very impressed with the local ciders on offer - left branch cider I think it was called. Highly recommend those as they are packed with natural flavour. I would go back but try to sit outside:)

Looks like the dough is not handmade (more like a supermarket base) not good seasoned.

Last night we were a party of 10 which in itself can be challenging for restaurants. We arrived on time and were promptly seated. We ordered our drinks and meals. Amongst the 10 of us there were 6 different mains ordered. The meals all arrived within 25 minutes and without exception all were excellent. A throughly enjoyable experience and a well deserved 5 stars. Would highly recommend to all.
