Beautiful tender pork and the yummiest Thai chicken curry. Staff not very good this time round. Had to wait and call them and just not good service at all. Shame its slipped. I won't be back now as you want good staff too

Went for dessert for a child's birthday. Great dessert, great service. The serving of creme brulee was very big - woot woot!

Staff were nice and service was fine. Food was disappointing. Have been here many times before, used to be a favorite night out. The chowder and pork where good but the tartare was not great and the presentation was terrible. Also not sure where they get the dips for the breads but basically inedible. Definitely not the premium spot it used to be.

Really enjoyed the menu options and our meal was delicious, very attentive service. Very pleased with our choice. We will be back xx

Best steak house feed we’ve had in years! Lovely staff, delicious steak tartare, perfectly cooked steaks, even the broccoli was faultless. Highly recommend.

Every time I have dined at The Bank the meals and service has been amazing, so when I had some out of town friend stay over the weekend this is where I took them. They were still raving about their dinner and drinks the next day! Highly recommend!

The beef was absolutely excellent! And the chocolate brownie is a must try if you have any space left after the meal cause it was so filling.

Awesome food, very large meals and excellent service. The waiting staff were pleasant, polite & helpful. As a party of eight, all enjoyed their meals. The starters were big and the mains very large, the meat portions being very generous. Will definitely be return customers. Thank you to the Furnace team for a most enjoyable evening.

This place is amazing! Service, food and ambience is world-class. You get the impression the people here really care about you and what they are presenting to you. Food is outstanding in flavor and presentation. Our waitress, having been asked for a second wine, swooped in with my second glass the moment I drained my first, so really paying attention. This restaurant is my new favorite.

Very decent reatuarnt in Hamilton CBD. Well suited for dinner as well as light lunch. Staff service is superb not to mention the carefully crafted tasty dishes.

Main meals were amazing. Steak was cooked to perfection. Deserts were yummy specially the Otago Tart and the service was faultless. Such a great experience. Will definitely be back soon.

The food was fine but the staff.the waitress kept pulling her mask down when she spoke to us. We were so rushed every couple of minutes she kept wanting us to order. We had 2 glasses and were in and out in an hour very disappointing I wouldn't go back. The meals aren't cheap so felt ripped off. I was ment to be having a catch up with a friend so we went somewhere else for a coffee and a chat
