Terrible.was turned away as they couldn't cope yet restaurant was more than half empty.rude service.when will restaurants learn that their ratings matter?

Fiance took me out for birthday dinner, we had a great time. Food was amazing, best steak of my life. Servers were fast and attentive and went the extra mile to make it a fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be coming back:)

We came here because many restaurants cannot provide dinner after 8: 30pm. We order steak, it is good taste.

First visit was awesome the host Peter had a beautiful manor and nature our meal was extremely awesome and we are coming back for my birthday and 30th anniversary tonight. And all the staff are awesome at Iguana in Hamilton.

Ordered grilled salmon as the main and a cream brulee as dessert. Both are dilicious and of sufficient amount. Enjoyed my dinner very much.

Great menu, really pulled its standards back up to how they used to be. Service is great, booming in advance is a must

Wow. Fantastic service. We stopped going there a couple of years ago because the service wasn't good and the food not tasty. In July Iguana supported a local Rotary charity event which they served 200 people a main dish. The fact that they did this and that the dish was so delicious we decided to give them another go. I'm delighted to say it was excellent. We're definitely going to go back there.

Great atmosphere but not very impressed with quality of the meal or service standards considering the price. A lot of room to work on especially they are located in heart of Hamilton city central surrounded by other competitors.

This place is our weekly out from all the stressors. The ambience and hospitality at Iguanas is impeccable. Always good vibes and great energy from staff. The food is amazing and I love that they try to keep things fresh with there daily specials. Definitely a five star for me. Keep doing what you’re doing Leo.

Bad atmosphere, slow and poor service. Got charged for a drink that never arrived. Used to be buzzing on a Tuesday night but its changed. Menu was out of date and were laminated, so tacky and doesnt take much to update your menu every season. Wont be returning

I was craving Lamb shank and even tho its evening meal. The staff were able to accommodate us. Beautiful meal more than satisfied

Stopped for brunch. The best bacon butty I've had for a long time. Coffee was also excellent with free refills (not filter coffee as in USA). 2nd flat white as good as the first. Would highly recommend for brunch stop even if it looks empty.

It was horrible we walked out the waitress stunk of BO.we will never visit there again.i rate it as a -5

Quality and Quantity, could not fault any of the food I had. 10/10 would recommend if you are thinking about eating here. You will not regret it

Waited for 20 minutes to have my order taken and actually had to just tell a waitress my order as she was walking past. Another 30 minutes til my food came. What was meant to be a quick dessert stop but ended up being there for over an hour.
Although the food was good, the slack customer service ruined the experience for me.

Nice place to go and have dinner, friendly staff etc. Chargrilled burger was not really what was expected.

I visit this place frequently. It is one of the largest restaurant in Hamilton city centre. Food is amaging. Staff is very helpful and caring. Best place to enjoy dinner.

Food was good but not great. The staff were friendly and recommended drinks and even gave us a taste test before we bought it. Kinda dark
